That workout kicked my ass!!

It's called the penis and you work it by putting it into a vagina, mouth, ass, or in between boobies and thrust it in...repeatedly....hard.

Man...ever since I got married I've been losing my cardio gains. At least that explains my small penis.
 
In addition its a great routine if u are in a calorie deficit as well
Do the routine (hit) 1 min rest inbetween sets and your sweating your bag off bro
Been on this routine for a month and notice a big dif in strength and stamina
For instance db shoulder press I was doing 85lbs for 12 reps before 3 sets
Now I am up to 110lbs for 8 reps 1 working set, amd also in a calorie deficit amd off tren snd bsck on my cruise, go figure lol

Sounds like it going good bro!! That good to hear, gaining strength, how your muscle fullness?
 
Yeah full body workouts are brutal. Its pretty seldom that i get lightheaded, i might see spots at times but they dont last long. My biggest thing is trying not to puke after each workout

Yeah i personally prefer my deadlifts to go last. I find i feel too weak after them, every other excercise suffers.

On another note, feeling great today! Muscle fatigue isn't too bad, plenty of energy... I was wrecked before gym last night, went in and destroyed it anyway then came home wide awake and full of energy mentally and ended up not sleeping til late lol. Got about 5 hrs sleep but still feel great.
 
Feel sore for a few hours or throuhout the night but by the time I wake up I am reborn lol muscles are not sore nomore other then the occasional stiffness, usually thats gone as well once I hit the gym again

Just to reiterate, I know that came off dickish. I'm glad you've god your head on straight and are making some serious progress on your cut. But if you have moved up 25lbs on a lift on the cut/coming off gear that tells me one of two things:

#1 Your a fucking monster
#2 You need to hang your pride up at the door

Only you know which one applies

P.S. I honestly wanted to see you do that because that would have been very impressive. That shit kray.

I dont believe u can bend your elbows pressing 110lbs db's bro
I start off with 75's for warmup and bump it up for 1 workjng set with 110lbs db's bro
Always start my shoulders with db presses first, then side lat raises, then side lat cable raises, reverse rear delt flye, all 1 warmup set, 1 working set, 1 min rest inbetween sets, hit tri's after shoulders

I've never seen someone (besides youtube) DB shoulder press anything past 100lbs clean, for any number of reps. Personally, I worry about re-fucking my rotator cuffs anytime I grab more than 80lbs - I'd rather hit 15 reps with the 80s than externally rotate & fuck something up trying 100s. Mind you I don't have a spotter, my perspective might change if I did.

I wouldn't be surprised if many of the guys on here could put me to shame repping 20x100+ but I work out at city gyms, very few bodybuilders/powerlifters there.

Edit: So I don't look like a complete girl, I'm happy to say I can at least OHP my weight (calculated@ 6x185) - next stop 225 for one without a cheat arch.
