I have been feeling pretty good thus far, nothing too crazy to report. The only thing that I have noticed, and it could be anything but for the sake of the thread, is that my stomach has been kinda messed up. I have noticed a lot of gargling, etc and it kinda sucks. I have made a conscious effort to keep my diet as tight as possible and I swear that coupled with the HGH Frag, I feel tighter. I could be totally imagining it and I have a ways to go before I am where I need to be, who knows...

This was what my meals looked like Wednesday (a heavy bench training day):

Meal 1: 50g Whey Protein
2 packets plain oatmeal (40g carbs total), ¼ cup dried fruit
Coffee, black with Splenda

Meal 2: 5oz chicken breast
Heat and Serve brown rice (100g carbs)
Diet Pepsi

Meal 3: 2 Pouches of Albacore Tuna
Whole Wheat Bagel
2 packets of Mayo

Meal 4: 50g Whey Protein
2 packets plain oatmeal (40g carbs total), ¼ cup dried fruit

During Training: 1 scoop waxy maize and amino blend

Post Workout: 50g Whey Protein
Large banana

Meal 5: Chicken Pesto with Angel Hair Pasta
~ 6oz cooked chicken, 4oz pasta, fresh pesto sauce

so just to confirm you fellas aren't running anything else along with the peps?

oh and btw RJ how the fuck do you maintain your size with that diet?? No disrespect, just doesnt seem like as many cals youd need to maintain that weight....??

I am not running anything right now. I just got my blood work done and my total test levels are 343ng/dl... On the lower side of the range but according to my doc, "well within range". I plan on staying natural for the first 30 days and then re-assess everything. I think at that point, I am going to incorporate Test Prop at 150mg EOD.

I don't eat like I use to either. My food requirements are much less than they used to be. My most activity during the day is walking to the bathroom which is about 20 feet away from my desk.
 
As for my cals and maintaining. This is gonna sound very crass, but i attribute that to never relying on gear to make my gains. Same reason i never lost much size at all when i came off during the old days, and the same reason i didn't when i toook a whole year off from the gym in '07-'08.

Thats why I'm so adamant about it when the newbs think its all about the gear. And thats why they can't maintain the gains they make.

I couldn't agree more. I am sure a huge proponent of this and this is why I like longer cycles. It's called the "Set Weight Theory"... Once your body comes accustom to carrying around a certain weight, it's hard to have it fluctuate either way without you really pushing it. For me, those barriers happened in 20lb increments... 205, 225, 245, 265... Now that I sit at 265 comfortably, my body doesn't want to gain or loose any weight no matter what I eat.

Funny thing is, if I started a test cycle right now at 600mg/w, I'd probably get the same results and look a ton bigger. lol

That is very true, no doubt.. Nice meal, You DO realize eating that SHIT is purely counteractive right? I stuck to a "Raw-ism"diet for the time I first ran the frag and although I can not say 100% for sure how much I benefited from just the frag, the diet change naturally would do a good portion of the cutting but since using it with a looser diet, I still get shocked at the fat dropped. I do understand your guidelines of yall's experiment tho. Just don't bash the product until you actually try using it, for real. Like Rocky training to whoop Ivan Dragos ass!lol

i know. Like i said, I am not changing a thing on purpose. I usually have a couple cheat meals, not days ever, during the week. And what i ate then is usually the extent of it. Mainly just more fat and more carbs. But still a ton of protein in the red meat.

And since Milk is staying more strict with his, it will give me a chance to compare based on that as well. Real GH always allowed for some cheats as long as I kept my food clean everywhere else, even with high cals. So I'm kind of using that as a guage.

Either way, this is a 60 day $40 experiment. I'm really just trying some new shit since I don't cycle anymore. But that may have to change in the future. :D
 
Haven't had too much to report. I think the diet is going well and the thing I noticed most from the cleaning up of the diet is that I feel better throughout the day: more energy, not sluggish, etc... I feel tighter but it could be a combination of things. As a side note, I didn't clean up my diet for this log, I needed to to begin with but my diet was not bad at all prior to "cleaning it up".

Trained pretty heavy this morning... This is what my "lower body" training looks like.

Squats 275/3, 315/1, 365/1, Titan Single Ply Centurion Briefs 405/1, 430/1, 455/1 off a box 1" above parallel
Hip Machine 30/12 x 2
Single Leg Leg Press 1.5p/15, 2p/12
Standing Calf Raises 220/15 x 3
*still breaking in and learning the briefs... Weight felt good and kinda light.
 
Juicy.... Your cycle in your signature is all fucked up. You don't want to drop those short esters the same time you are adding the long esters. Ideally, you will drop through short esters as soon as through long esters are kicking in... For example, Weeks 1-16 Test E 600mg/wk and Weeks 1-4 Test P 100mg EOD. At the time you stop the Prop, the Enan will be working for you. Same goes for the Nandrolone.

Yeah, I thought that too.. Might just be easier with less chances of complications if I just stick prop/npp

OK, I'm gonna goout on a limb here and say that this gh frag has GOT to be doing something for my strength and recovery. I feel like I am on a cycle. Which i am not. And I know Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ain't contributing.

But i am sleeping like the dead, and feeling like king kong in the gym. First week back last week and normally leg day would have me crippled for over a full week. But not this time. Same with the other two days in the gym.

Not seeing any fat loss yet, but I'm loving whats going on if it is the frag. :D

Glad you're seeing those results. I am definitely seeing the recovery as well. I can go really hard and feel pretty fresh the next day. As far as the body recomp, haven't seen anything yet but my bigger issue is that I feel tired throughout the day more than I would like. I've been sleeping well, etc but I don't feel great during the day. Really hope they will change ASAP.

I'm curious if I'm going to see some big changes come Test time... I feel like this will probably work wonders when I'm on a cycle.

I'm going to be Benching in a shirt tonight so we'll see how it goes. I will keep everyone updated with my recovery because days like this normally kick my ass big time.
 
I just looked what I posted a couple posts ago about not feeling sluggish and almost laughed out loud at work. Maybe its just the day or week, but I will keep a close eye on energy levels and overall feelings of well being.

I'm thinking the same thing about this during a cycle. Again, just another thing making me itch to do some more juice than testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) only. :D

What I find weird is what everyone said about CJC is what I am feeling on this stuff. Maybe we got the wrong shit? lol

The only reason I remember that its Wednesday is because I bench on Wednesday night. Other than that, I would have forgot.

500mg/wk would probably do wonders for you... Talk about not giving the wife a break lol.

I think I would be happy if we got the wrong shit... isn't it more pricey? Maybe its just because we are awesome and know how to eat, train, and supplement correctly so we see the effects of the drugs that much more ;)

why would i flame you for having an opinion? You may be right. But we have to list these things as they weren't happening before we started taking this stuff. That is the point of this thread dummy. :D

With that being said, I've been doing this long enough to know if something was a placebo. And my joints and CNS know well enough if something is helping it. I regularly take time off every 12-16 weeks and I have never come back from a break stronger. Ever in almost 20 years. And my joint pain never goes away. And it is all but gone with the exception of my knees, which are the worst. But even they are better.
 
Massive.... I too appreciate your opinion on the subject. Quite honestly, I think it could be somewhat mental and there could be other factors playing into the equation. The only thing I will say is that I have not scaled back my training at all and my eating/supplementatiom has not changed either, therefore I attribute the small change in recovers to this Fragment. I will keep monitoring progress and see if there are any other changes.
