Thanks pikki and my brother hurt. Well today I worked legs . Today I knew the test kick in a little . One my weight went up from 179.6 to 180.2 without me changing the diet that I have with 3j, two on I noticed my skin gettin a little oily. So today when I worked out I felt stronger .
Leg extension
1 warm up set 100 lbs 15 reps
3 sets 6-8 reps 195 lbs
Leg press
3sets 6-8 reps 10 plates of 45 lbs and two 25 lbs plates
Squats
2 plates of 45 lbs and 2 35 lbs plates
3 sets 10 reps. I really took my time to feel the form feel how to carry the weight down.
Hamstring lyin machine
3 sets 6-8 reps 125 lbs
Calves machine seated
3 sets 6-8 reps 2 45 lbs plates and a 25 lbs plate
So today I had a great leg workout and I did feel different in the gym . I was able to add more weight and rep more. Tom is my fourth week pin and I can't wait till I'm on full throttle
