Hahahaha I had to get him on my side man! 3j is a guru when it comes to diet and I needed to make sure that I have everything lined up right for success . So far so good
 
Yep heard He`s the man...I talk to Him to get his services for my next run in January. Def looking to put some big mass muscle with a better diet next time.
 
Current weight this mornin 180.2 last week I was 179.6 , the magic is comin. I knew something was funny . I felt heavy out of no where and plus I got this feelin on the weekend I wanna fk this wieghts up! It was out the blue on sat that I felt it. This is week 4 for me so I think it's on. Today I will be hittin legs and I will SQUAT !

WooT! Good luck with the squats. Make sure that you take your time with them & get your balance and form down before you jack up the weight.
 
Good luck with those squats bro and like Dfeaton said, take it slow and nail the form. You won't regret squatting! ...it makes you a man!
 
Thanks pikki and my brother hurt. Well today I worked legs . Today I knew the test kick in a little . One my weight went up from 179.6 to 180.2 without me changing the diet that I have with 3j, two on I noticed my skin gettin a little oily. So today when I worked out I felt stronger .

Leg extension
1 warm up set 100 lbs 15 reps
3 sets 6-8 reps 195 lbs

Leg press
3sets 6-8 reps 10 plates of 45 lbs and two 25 lbs plates

Squats
2 plates of 45 lbs and 2 35 lbs plates
3 sets 10 reps. I really took my time to feel the form feel how to carry the weight down.

Hamstring lyin machine
3 sets 6-8 reps 125 lbs

Calves machine seated
3 sets 6-8 reps 2 45 lbs plates and a 25 lbs plate

So today I had a great leg workout and I did feel different in the gym . I was able to add more weight and rep more. Tom is my fourth week pin and I can't wait till I'm on full throttle:) I'll post a pic this week.

Right glute pin today . Had my wife do it makes it's easier for me since I have trouble aspirating it's hard for me to c and do.

Thanks G! Today I went to the gym and I saw my friend so we worked out together and did chest.

Incline chest press machine
Warm up 2 plates of 45lbs 15 reps

3 sets 6-8 reps 6 plates 45 lbs now here where I know test is kickin I only do 4 plates of 45 lbs with 2 plates of 25 lbs since I've been on diet. I was able to push 5 by my self and he helped me with 2 reps! I was like WTF! He even looked at me like holy shit when was the last time u done that and that was when I was 201 lbs!

Flat bench dumbbell press
2 sets 6-8 reps 70lbs
1 set with help 80lbs l, I was able to get off 4 by my self and he helped me with 3

Machine wide grip flys
3 sets 10 reps 120 lbs

Cable flys
3 sets 80 lbs on each arm 10 reps

So far I'm happy with test e, usually I play it safe and only add a couple of pounds but since he was there I was able to add a little more weight since I have a spotter. Diet is spot on and I even feel hungry ! Every time I eat it's like I need to eat more!
So far I'm using 6.25 mg of stane Ed and it's been workin fine for me. I'm also think of doing the stepper machine sat sun for 40 min slow paced. To help with extra fat burn. What u think?

sup guys havnt updated in a couple of days , back was done yesterday and bicep and tricep was done today. i have to say Pinnacle so far is the real deal . my strength has been good , pump good and im liftin perfect with great form. today i was hitting bicep alternating curls with 45 lbs dumbbell i usually pick up the 40 lbs . im really happy so far and when i look at before pics that i posted i look real different. i will be posting pics before sat. diet is on the spot and i havnt had any water bloat since running stane at 6.25mg since the beginnin of the cycle.
