They re vamped the web page a couple 3 yrs ago yes.
Like training some stay the course, some change gym s etc. I drop off this site for week s at a time not due to other affiliation s just a general dislike of the inter net life period. I l have time for sitting still when I m near death. I type mainly at night as I sleep 4 hour s at a time but a lot of old vet s are MIA

Yeah man.. Its great to see some of the vets still here... IMO, this may be one of the most consistent & professional boards out there. Some places just don't give a crap really. They whore themselves to 30 plus "sponsors" to get that rent $$. You don't see that here.
There are some members here, new & veterans alike, that are really educated & extremely helpful.

I've only been on board since 2014 but this is my go to being retired. Been involved with AAS since 80' , Wish we had al this back then. It was all bro-science.
Some day I'll grow up and fall in the ranks as vet.

ALL site s have to pay the rent; I know several member s that have went other places but I m convinced ALL site s have an agenda plus some folk s go through life changes like moving and when the routine break s a new one set s in.
I know there are other site s but being German I m loyal to a fault...see 1939-1945 lol...I misss a couple heavy hitters but ultimately I m in it for ME and then ya ll.
I have no aspiration s of...what the - uck ever. If I did not like the sponsor s stuff I d go to other sources but not make a deal out of it.

I'm old school bro. Call me names, take a swing if you feel that dumb, but my family is a no go zone. Especially my dear wife. Some shit is strictly off limits.
The only other issue I have with you is what I mentioned in that thread. I know that you're pretty knowledgeable about AAS, that's fine but some things aren't absolute. Roids affect some people a little differently. I tend to error on tried and true methods while stressing 'your mileage may vary'. I don't appreciate show-offs either. I like people that are successful, but not showy!
People don't like shit rubbed in their faces, especially when the shit don't matter either way. The ' I did it, why can't you' crap irks me. Especially in this genre. Good for you if you've had success- that's great. I've helped numerous guys better themselves, when they wanted to be as big as me. I tend to undersell and over deliver.
Other than that Roush, we're cool.
