Thinking about taking anavar

Judging from your pictures you are pretty small and very soft, be a waste of your time money and pain to cycle now. Gotta eat like a badass to look like one.
 
My biggest issue is that I just have to stop being a pothead, that's mostly the reason I eat a lot of junk food. But I and going to try out 3j after christmas
 
Straight consider the guys that run marathons and the guys that do short sprints. Think of their body frames. Marathoners have barely any muscle and look weak and very skinny even look sick looking. Then the short distance sprinters have legs like horses and solid muscle built frames. Once run def doesnt do it on its own. Then even afterwards maintaining what you gained to go into your next run. Essays is right. In your peak condition its def better. I was going to do it when I was in not soo good shape years back but I waited and my first run was great! I looked flawless and I was nice and lean. But build the foundation first that way you're surpassing what you couldve done naturally. Some of my buds run gear just starting off lifting and then post pics on fb like they are Arnold. What a wasted cuz they couldve been far bigger naturally without shutting down there tes
 
I'm a beer drinker too, I know I have to completely cut that out of my diet, could I substitute with cranberry and vodka so I don't kill my girlfriend?
 
No bro time to get serious. Even when you get really drunk you've consumed tons of empty calories and then it takes days for your body to get back on. My friend does nutrition professionally said you dont even start burning fat for like 2 days again. Nothing taste better than being in shape feels bro.
 
Ok thanks for the advice, its crazy because its a diet but I'm changing my whole lifestyle, I am looking foward to feeling better and looking better
 
Tell me about it bro. I was starting a 2nd cycle and then I was in a pretty bad accident and was outta commission for several months and had to learn to go about everything all over again. I lost a lot of muscle and weight in the hospital couldnt do shit. Finally started getting back onto my old lifestyle again and I feel 10X better. Still dont count #2 tho cuz I never finished and certain things are still foggy. But yeah eating clean is just a lifestyle. Just sux when ur cutting down. Hate eating just egg whites and shit sometimes but be dedicated. Grow and push yourself. Im trying to wait a little longer before I start not trying to short cut anything and not gain what I couldve
 
Ok my suggestion..

Get that azz into shape through diet/training . In a perfect world nobody would use AAS until they were at thier "natural" plateau.

If this will be your first cycle I would recomend running a test only cycle at something like 400-500 mg per wk (with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and proper post cycle therapy (pct) afterwards) This will let you know how you respond to the test while building a good "base" . Then after your post cycle therapy (pct) and time off run some kind of cutting cycle (there are many ways to do this so research for yourself) while injesting a calorie deficit diet (as in taking in less than you burn)

Remember do not take Anavar (var) or any other oral without a test base as doing so can cause "shutdown" quicker than you would like to believe. If I was you I, given your stated goals I would hire 3j, and only eat what he tells you when he tell you .. That alone will make a HUGE difference.


As far as your concerns of being aggressive/moody while on Test, I would tell you this. If you are an asshole to start with you will be an asshole while on cycle just a bigger one. I personally do not get aggressive/moody at all from test but some guys use the AAS as an excuse to be douche bags.

In all honesty I would say no to the beer/alcohol and "maybe" to the pot. If you are serious about getting into shape than BOTH are out of the question. if you just HAVE to do something for stress relief then I personally would choose pot WAY before beer/alcohol you just got to keep them munchies in check. I am an MMA guy with my background in wrestling/BJJ and it is common for Brazilian Jui Jitsu guys to smoke pot before grappling sessions. The reason is they claim it helps with flexibility while not hindering their cardio.

I am not advocating the use of pot just sayin if you had to choose ...etc
 
Hey guys, just wanted to follow up. I have come to the conclusion that i don't need juice, it isn't for me and if i continue to eat right and train hard i can get to where i want to be in the next year or two. I have been taking creature creatine everyday, drinking lots of water, and eating right along with protein shakes after workouts. The biggest change is that i have been eating clean and i have seen really good strength gains with just working out naturally. Thanks for the advice all you guys and i will keep you updated with pics of my progress soon
 
Just wanted to follow up its been about a month. I haven't been training 3 times a week like i tried to but i have been eating right. I have gained about 7 lbs of muscle and cut a lot of extra fat. Now my weight is 193 I'm 5'8
