This is too bad

I always knew there were people that disregarded PCTand AI's, never saw it first hand though. Its funny how as I've learned more about gear I've found it much easier to spot the users.

I'll run into friends from high school and they'll look like a bag of water, or super aged, crazy acne etc. Its too bad because in most cases its the result of bad advice/reccomendations. For example a friend of a friend, who is now running T400 ALONE at 20 years old...But its fine because "his trainer knows what he is doing".

Its amazing to me, because this means the trainer is either putting a client on gear with no knowledge of what he's doing, or with complete knowledge of the risks.

Tough to see it when its friends, cause of course they won't hear sh*t about it.

Any way to convince these people to spend a little money on some PCT? Or do I just worry about doing it right myself and say good luck with the gyno.

Have you guys/girls had similar experiences with friends?

Worry about yourself man. If a man on steroids really wanted to do things right and be the responsible user, he wouldn't just take the advice of one. Most of the gym users that take advice from other uneducated guys, assume they're doing it right which of course isn't the case. The resources are there(Internet and these forums) where someone can just do their research.

True... All the info you need is here on Ology... You have to spend time with the Stickies and the search function. Read alot and you'll learn how to weed out the crazies... Keep it simple and trust the tried and true... The vets know what works.

I'll tell you what. I was going to jump on a test cycle for 4 weeks about 5 months ago because my so called "friend" said that's what a typical cycle is. I decided to do my research the past 5 months after and am glad I did. I would have really fucked myself over. You have to fully understand the compound your going to use along with understanding simple concepts such as pct and on cycle dosages in order to properly and responsibly cycle. I see so many guys saying they're going to take such and such dose even though they don't even know what the typical dosing for that compound is.

I hear that.
People only hear what they want to hear and learn what they think they need to know.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that has gotten nutrition advice from a fat slob that won't listen.:Pat:

I know a lot of people that run gear with no AI's, don't do post cycle therapy (pct) and ones who do oral cycles, I try to educate them, apperently they know what they are doing though

Good points guys. I'm definitely glad I started lurking around here, what I've learned in maybe 3 months has been invaluable. I like the 50 post count thing too, its impossible not to learn something while you're hanging around 'ology.

I got a thing for "personal trainers". Most are fucking losers look like shit and people pay money because they hold a piece of paper.

Those fucknuts get whatever they deserve.

I was afraid of the sides of AAS because of a couple people that took huge doses with no post cycle therapy (pct). One looked great in high school and had a "huge" 350 bench. I saw him later and he had a set of tits that wouldn't go away even though he wasn't fat. Another guy was 50 pounds overweight and did a long cycle of who knows what, looked fit in the end but had even bigger tits even though he was lean right after. Like a full b cup.

Then I met a couple guys that did proper cycles and post cycle therapy (pct) and they just looked fit and healthy and pretty muscular.

I have researched for 8 years before even looking for steroids. These other people should be more proactive for their own health. I wasn't until I turned 30.

Lesson learned, more people should read this.

post cycle therapy (pct) is needed. I hear about a lot of guys who never think of post cycle therapy (pct) because they have no plans on coming off. Those that will eventually come off, will regret not using a post cycle therapy (pct) after their cycle. It hurts to come off anyways, you don't feel as hard, or as pumped, and can notice some depression. Just imagine without one.

So true! I almost did a short cycle several years back and I'm sure I could have royally screwed myself up. I'm doing my research, getting educated. Can't wait to get started!
