wow, umm weight back then 388 lbs
im now 273 lbs but im leaner now
still not done burning the fat but im getting there, the only supps I take are protein and pre workouts, ive done gear 3 times total in the past 3 years i lost most of the weight in the first year then tried an experiment, muscle burns fat, so what if i take gear to build up my muscles and see if the fat burns, it worked, not gonna lie my first time gearing up i got rel big cuz i still had alot of body fat, but when i got off i had lost a lot of fat so every now and then ill go at it for a few months and its been working beautifully.

as far as diet
bfast 4 egg whites, 2 full eggs, sum cheese and a whole wheat english muffin
snacks, a can of tuna fish with a lil mayo and 2 slices of wheat bread, or sum fruit
fish, and chicken (baked or in a pan with sum evoo)
brown rice or wheat pasta for carbs and a lil bit of veggies,
a gal of water or more everyday and thats it

workouts are crazy i switch up my routine every 2-3 mnths
right now im on a one muscle per day to give my muscles a full weeks rest between werkouts, 2 miles cardio everyday
4 miles on sundays including a few sets of sprints

its alot of stuff but i take this shit serious now
ppl constantly try to get me to stop say im doing too much
but its because they cant do it, they're weak, im not
every werkout is like im going to war with myself
im on a serious mission and i intend to see it thru till the end.

Thats great.. Mostly that so far you have stayed the same once getting your shit together. Most people work hard then get where they want so they stop working so hard and three months later are right back where they started.. Stay at it man

oh im nowhere near my goal, but this has become a lifestyle now i feel horrible if I go a day w/o working out, i have to at least get some cardio in, something lol its an addiction, but a good one

Nice input apadronjr thank you. I like your determination and you definitely are hungry for it.

I always give one key piece of advice to everyone and that is CONSISTENCY.

That is the key to training. Dont stop or give up. Your body will have no choice but to conform to your training. Learn and adapt. The hardest part is getting through the front doors.

Keep us posted apadronjr. Osta-Gain supports you. I want to see how far you go and I want pics lol

next year i want so see you on a stage with me. ;)

mate I am currently where you were at the beginning, a big framed guy with a lot of fat on. I have had a few starts which failed and I always end up back where I began and am at now. Its guy like you who inspire people like me, I am just about at rock bottom and can feel the drive kicking in again, each time I have started I have gotten closer to looking good but something has happened which ended up with me stopping again.

Anyway mate you are an inspiration & I really want to congratulate you on your progress towards your goal

AWESOME
