ATG Squats 5x5
Front Squats 4x10
SLDL 3x8
BB Lunges 3x8
Leg Curls 3x12
Calf Press 3x20
Seated Calf 3x5

Is there anything you think I should add/switch?

Note that I ill be only cycle and increasing my calories drastically to withstand the higher volume..

What are your goals (gain weight? lose fat?) are you currently on cycle?

I would ditch the lunges as well... don't go too volume crazy.

My legs are behind most of my body(I'm taller so they naturally are longer) and I plan to hit them extremely hard during my cycle kickstart..
I'll be on 30mg SD with a test base + eating way over maintenance, so I figured I I'll be able to handle a higher volume.

I really just wanted to make sure I'm not missing something. So you think I should drop the lunges altogether or replace them with something else to finish off quads?:scratchhe

well if you're actually on gear while training your legs... i wouldn't even use that many exercises. i'd probably squat twice a week. ATG squats actually hammer your hams quite well if done right (i mean, since it's already ATG there's no 'right or wrong' actually) just one exercise for each part of your legs will do. this is what i did to bring up my legs from 22 to 24/26-ish before i even started my first cycle (right thigh 26, left thigh 24)

Squat 3 x 5
SLDL 2 x 10
Standing calf raises 3 x 12

twice a week paired up with the rest of my workout. but then again my legs always had the lead compared to the rest of my body. and being young and silly, i did everything i could to bring up my performance - i even wore compression tights to assist recovery. still pretty cheap compared to using gear back then.

in short, i actually believe squatting heavy for 3 sets is more than enough to hammer your legs, especially if you have a hard time growing them. higher frequency might work for you. i rarely see the point in beating a muscle to damnation in just one workout and risk injuring a ligament especially if you feel like you're on top of the world for that day

I actually love high volume so i split up hams and quads. I do about 20+ sets for hams and quads. Calves are done 2-3 times a week for me. For quads i will do leg ext, squat( either smith or free weight), hack squats, then a machine squat, then finish with leg ext again. For hams i do lying leg curls, seated leg curls, single legs curls, lunges, then finish with deads. And the reps go anywhere for 25 sometimes all the way down to 6-8. high volume wont kill you.
