I am fighting some kind of crud that has given me a fever and some stomach crap and I feel nautious, but I did a work out anyway.
My damn partner no showed for the workout so I was on my own today.

It sucks but I felt weak today. Must be the crud. I managed to get the two sets of 300 but was afraid to go any heavier without a spot. Didn't want to get stuck with the weight on my chest and unable to lift it. I don't enjoy rolling 300 lbs. down my body very much.

I guess this was the good part of the workout today. I was able to go 30 pounds heavier on Dips today and the shoulder felt good. The last set was not much of a struggle. Next week I will go to 130lbs, which is where I was before the shoulder started bothering me a while back.

Went a little heavier than last time on these. Felt good. Had to get a little creative because the weight was pulling me up on my tip toes.
I only weigh 170 Lbs. today.
