Ya man I see people who will lift for two hours. I'm there for an hour tops.
Same here 40min-1.5hrs and only 2-3 X a week 1-2 muscle groups per workout and only 1 time a week.
I try to explaine to others. but they still rather workout 5-6 days a week. :-/
Im bigger then most of them and dont even eat meat! lol
