Last 2 months I have been goin ape shit on bodyparts. Tris, bis, chest, back,legs all on split: - 4-5 exercises 4-6 hard working sets
Just stompin the life out of them.
It takes a full 6 days to recover that body part.
Are you guys doin the same.
