Training by DC (Doggcrapp)

hey hey hey...... i got me some slin. i'll be high tech now. might start some creatine too. dont ban me to the womens section just yet. give me one mo chance.

on a side note for you guys who dont know what a 300lber goes thru in a days time.

i cant get into just any car.

in tight quarters i knock shit off the wall.

no one will play seesaw wit me.

after a heavy back routine try washing you ass in the shower. hell try wiping it after a heavy bench session.

my jaws cramp up when i eat.

little kids walk by BEHIND they mommies and the mommies are crossing the street so as not to make eye contact.

try going to walmart and buying cloths. i wear 38 in the waste but have to get 42s to fit over my ghetto booty and tree trunks.

the last dress shirt i bought for a wedding looked like a freakin tent when i put it on. and this was from a big and tall store. the lady said she dont many necks like mine. in fact she said i didnt have one. my shoulders and ears were connected.

i got barred from several all you can eat buffets. that hurt. i mean really it hurt.

its been years since i could wash my own back unless i have a towel in the shower to soap up. wifey gets the pleasure of that one.

my daughter trims my toenails cause its too painfull to get the hell down there and stay.

i could go on........ maybe some of the other whales will add to the list.
 
Lets see the troubles with size:

Tying shoes, nope what do you think kids were made for.

Putting socks on, refer to the answer above.

Bathtub don't fit no more.

Had to purchase a Dually Truck since no car would fit.

Need extra mirrors on the vehicle cause there is no way you can turn your head and look behind you.

Wipe your ass, who does that, I just forget about it.

Shaving your neck, whole nother problem there arms only bend so far.

Doorways are easy, you just turn sideways.

Booths in resturants, nope find a table with chairs or that place is out even if they have a buffet.

Clothes, shit what clothes, shorts and tank tops when not in public and XXXL colar shirts when you have to go out for food.

When you have 30 lbs of beef left in the fridge you cannot sleep at night.

I am sure there are more, but I need to eat right now...

She really likes the workouts and finds that (like most of us) the extreme stretching really cut back on the post workout soreness. But next time we get a chance to workout together, I'm really going to put her to the test.

Due to her thyroid problem she is a little concerned about the diet, but I give her the classic, "Just trust me" line.

There isn't very much feedback with females and DC training, so this is like a little experiement for me. She's doing really well with protein consumption, we just might have to mess around a bit more with the numbers and stuff to find what's going to work best with her body.

Maybe she'll make her way over to this thread to throw in her 2 cents.
 
Another size issue, for me at least. Simply walking around or picking up around the house makes for major lower back pumps. Sleeping for more than 6 hours causes the same. And lets not forget the sweating!

well diet boy how is life on the dark side? you missing eating yet. i mean you only got 4 more long grueling months. dont worry they go by quick. guess i could diet down wit ya to give ya some company but i like to eat too good. sides my wife said if i shave my legs and parade around in a thong on stage in front of a bunch of folks wearing cloths i was divorced. i did have a sweet guy offer to stain me if i do a show. he was very persistant. told me he did prostrate massges as well. wont me to send him you way? no really... i dont mind.

you know something else if i keep hearing about all the dc clan i may give it a shot for 6 months and se what happens. i am all healed up now. no meets planned.

PM the routine you using. i know the premise, just give me the exercises/reps you use and for which weeks. I got the eating part down pat. :eek:

We train MWFM or TThSaT routine, we hit each bodypart two times every 8 days.

Don't listen to pb he always has the wrong info on this program...

i said 3 times per week and you agree. oh i see you got a 8 day week. well no wonder i missed that question. the rest of the world goes on a seven day week but the dc boys do an 8 day week. so how many months in you guys year?

ok i got it now. 4 times per 8 day week.
but my log is attached sub-human. so dont ask.

oph and btw if anyone is interested in training during a 7 day week thats what i do. it works too. we go three days per 7 day week. =0)
