Trap's won't grow.

Mine grow pretty easy but I feel lateral raises taken way past horizontal give me a good burn in the traps followed by behind the back shrugs with moderately heavy weight. I hold at the top for 2-3 seconds for 10 reps for like 4 sets.

Farmers walk and deadlifts. Heavy as you can handle. That's all you need. Shocked that nobody mentioned the farmers walk yet. Awesome for forearms too.

Who shrugs anymore? Old school

I am lucky that all I have to do is deads and a few upright rows and my traps grow quick.. it's genetic my dad had great traps.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Mine's my chest. I wish it was traps. Nobody likes a big chest :\

My arms are 16", but I have D cups. It's not fair.

I'll trade you for your chest any day, ya do all the dead lifts ya want but genetics plays a huge part in all this shit.

I was blessed with traps and calves...and pretty responsive arms...my shoulders and chest are my laggers....hate it soo much

your reps are too high, low volume heavy weight and then maybe one lighter set with high reps to finish off and feel the burn...
