Another member and I discussed this theory. It would appear when I pin in my delts, the likelihood of a crippling cough is much greater than when I pin in my upper quad. It seems to be even less of a concern when I pin my lower quad which is further from my cardio pulmonary system.
Now I know when you nick a blood vessel it can be bad. I also think due to the amount of dense muscle and all the blood in my delts, the likelihood of nicking a vessel is far greater as well so...
Am I imaging this or do ya ll think that there is any merit to this train of thought ?
