Tren Enanthate Once Or Twice A Week?

Along with my Test I take Tren Enanthate twice a week cutting my 2ml shot into two 1ml shots spread out during week. Is it more effective to take one shot a week? Thanks.

Yep, agree. Any type of long ester should be taken at least twice weekly. Personally I like every 3 days but twice weekly should be the minimum with long esters.

I like to pin E EOD, really helps keep sides in check and I don't mind pinning 3 times a week.

Everyone says x2 a week... i do agree.
I dont see nothing wrong with once a week.
my source is a animal, should be a IFBB pro.. he only injects E once a week with prop EOD.
Results speak for itself.

Totally agree with this... Def have had no where near as intense sides as in the past.

Yes twice a week for sure - that's how I do it with all long esters.

Agree that it should be injected twice a week. I also inject enth EOD to keep blood levels as stable as possible but this is not necessary.
