Tren insomnia . what can i do ?

hey guys in week 5 of trene cycle at 400mg test 700mg . starting to get the insomnia pretty good lol . I mean I can deal with it but is there anything I can do to help it ? thanks in advance
 
Ah just coming off tren. It's going to be nice to get a full night sleep without waking up 5x and soaking the sheets. Listen to then because I just dealt with it and it sucked.
 
If melatonin doesn't work (it just makes me groggy in the morning), benadryl may be a suitable alternative. Other than that; AC cranked, ceiling fan on high, and "cyclone" fan blowing a hurricane on my head helps a bit.

Speaking of tren sides, any crazy dreams yet? Mine go hyper-violent, but I know some guys get awesome ones while on.

I wish fans worked for me. I just sweat anyways than I freeze lol. Nothing worse than waken up frozen and cover in sweat, sheets towel and blanket soaked.
 
I read somewhere if you drink about a liter of water before laying down for bed, that helps a lot on tren. not sure why ? Worth a shot...
 
I keep hearing about melatonin . what is it exactly , is it hard to get ?

my opinion if you're a trouble sleeper like lots of us don't even bother man. it's an over the counter, and did absolutely nothing for me. just my experience.2cnts.

I may have to try something this week . well see how it goes . been getting harder by the week it seems . waking up and rolling around . then very hard to get back to sleep . feels stressful . however I may be a bit lucky to say I haven't had much for the sweats. I may get it a a little , but nothing too far off normal from when I train later at night and my metabolism is up .

I just came off of a tren cycle as well and it's nice to not wake up with soaking wet sheets... "sweating and freezing at the same time sucks."

BUT - it's still one of my favorite items in most of my cycles!

Unisom works great for me which has doxylamine or diphenhydramine depending on the version.

Sams Club has the BEST price, which is for their brand - it's less than $10.00 for two 96 count bottles
which is about what you would pay for one 32 count bottle of Unisom.
 
I love melatonin. Absolute godsend. Give it a try, its pretty cheap anyway. Sleeping products seem to be pretty individualistic - what works for others doesn't always work for everyone else. Try a few things til you find what works for you.
