Two layers after making fina

[The Bionic Man]

After spending most of the day yesterday making my fina, filtering, heating, etc, I'm left with a bottle with two layers. A clear/golden top layer, and a light brown, cloudy layer. I haven't put this through the Whatman filter yet. Will that clean up the cloudy layer? Did I do something wrong? Is this the way it's supposed to look?

Thanks guys....I did the regular (coffee) filter alredy. I'll do the Whatman tonight.
