Well Thts wat I was thinking ! If u read my post I asked u guys tht wat if I start taking ADEX to bring down my e2 in lower side of the range , and then probably wait for sometime to see if tht helps with my test levels ! But then Mprtz suggested it wouldn't b worth it ! So thought clomid would b a better option in that case ! But the jump u got here by using adex by lowering ur e2 is almost 120 points , which which is really a good jump !
But again what after this ? Like u reached 320 after bringing ur e2 down to already 16 , I m sure u wouldn't aim to crash ur e2 more to raise ur test further ?
Or would u start clomid after these levels and monitor ur e2? In my case were my e2 is 43 ad test is 400 say if I start ADEX @0.25/ day and my e2 comes down Abt 20 points then my test should b aroun say 500! Would my e2 come back to same level if I stop my adex as it was before starting it ?
Or do u think I should simply start clomid and if my e2 gets high then I should take adex ?

After taking 5500 IU everyday it went from 4.5 to 48 in 2 months in April and I have still continued it at the same dose so I m guessing it should be somewhere around 80 now ! Don't U think Megatron !

I don't know if I agree it shows that - being that it's a single data point.
Do you have a proposed mechanism for how AI raises TT by much more than the aromatization it blocks? Increased LH?

I understand tha. But it is an inaccurate lab test at the lower levels found in men. It works fin for the higher levels found in women. Thus, you want to use the Sensitive Assay.
What we typically see is that the regular assay is 10-20 points overstated when it comes in with a lowish result like yours. So that 43 you see is probably 23-33 which is about right where you want your E2 to be. Now, if it came in with a high result like 236 you would not have to adjust it. The regular assay does just fine with high results seen in women.

I don't think it will keep climbing if you keep taking the same dose. It sounds like you need 10,000 iu daily.

For guys not on TRT, Vitamin D is a precursor for Testostosterone among other things.
For guys on TRT who get all their testosterone exogenously, vitamin D is still necessary for good health. I don't have a list in front of me, but it has been associated with good health in many ways.

50mg ed for now. Get bloodwork in about two weeks, see where that puts you. Then just adjust based on your bloods, or post them here and let us take a look.

Its exhibits Estradiol agonist/antagonist effects on different receptors in the body.
Best way is to try it in low doses and see how it works for you instead of listening to the other people's experiences which may turn u off from using it.

Agreed. Although I dont think 50mg ed is too much unless your prone to sides... But I'm assuming addy has used it before and knows how he reacts. If not he should definetely start low. Or get some Torem.

Alot of guys can't handle 50 mg ED.
Those that can't seem to do reasonably well on 12.5 mg ED.
But I wouldn't expect a big improvement at that dose.
But its better than nothing.
