All sweet bro. Clomid makes me horny as fuck, so it might actually help your libido. Plus the extra test. Depends how you react. Yeah sorry I forget... Inread too many threads lol.
Start a low dose and if you react fine just work you way up slowly to 50mg ed.. Start off even at 25mg eod, then go to ed, etc... Over a few days. If your not gettin any bad sides I'd sit on 50mg ed for a couple months at least..
About a month. Just got my bloods back yesterday.
Pre clomid bloods were:
Total T- 522ng/dl
Lh-6
Fsh-3
Bloods from yesterday (on clomid)
Total t - 864ng/dl
Lh- 20
Fsh - 9
I'm also on 50mg S4 ed.. Which is suppressive. So the clomid might actually put me a little higher without the S4 on board.
Nice. Check SHBG and Albumin now and you can calculate your bio avail T.
S4?
Whats that?
You are on 50 mg ED right?
Are you going to stay on it for a while?
Done, so i think i will start 25mg clomid EOD ,as its the first time i will be taking it . and if all will be ok then i might do 25 mgs ED .
sounds like a great idea^^
WOOHOO , thts a nice jump. but have few ques. bro , isnt ur LH out of range now? and what sides would it give us if our LH/FSH are high ? And how to bring it range while keeping the test up there?

Yep a decent jump thats for sure I'm pretty happy with it. Nope, 20 iu/L was the upper limit on my reference range so its technically still in range, albeit very high. Pretty funny that the doc didnt raise any eyebrows at that lol.
As far as I'm aware there isn't any negative sides or anything from high LH / FSH. Although they probably exist (possibly desentisizing leydig cells?) I'm sure you would need huge huge amounts of LH to accomplish that. Only thing you do need to look out for is e2, with an increase in LH always comes an increase in e2 (and test.)
Your LH was very low wasn't it? You should get an awesome boost in total T in that case. If your doing bloodwork like you should, just try and shoot for LH around the top of the reference range. Thats usually a safe bet. That should put you at healthy test levels. Just make sure your controlling e2!
Unfortunately thats all the bloodwork I can get for now. My country doesn't have private labs and there are restrictions going through the GP.. Only reason they let me repeat the bloods again was because a few values were out of range last time (nothing serious.) now everythings back in range I have to wait 6months to get bloods done again. Go figure
S4 is a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator.) Basically like AAS but not as powerful, nor as many sides. Not fully suppressive either.
Yep, im on 50mg ed of Clomid. Every now and then (maybe once a week) ill forget and skip a dose.. But otherwise ed.
That dose will do F all. He's on 50 mg ED. Thats why his LH shot thru the roof.
Try it though. Just take 12.5 mg ED. Its better.
Cut the 25 mg tab in half with pill cutter.

My LH is 4 IU/l currently with TT at 412 ng/dl. FSH is 2 IU/L
oh yes there is a diff. between the measuring units. Urs is in IU/L my result was in Miu/ML
but the ref. range at my test was 1.50-9.30, whereas my LH was 6.75 MIu/ML
FSH ref. range is 1.40 - 18.10, mine was 3.02 MIU/ML
so in tht case my LH is lil on the higher side already , thts why was asking tht with clomid could it b a prob.? well will give it a read abt this !
Iu/L and Miu/mL are the same thing. Same ratio anyway.
Whoops, I was thinking your LH was 3... Dunno where I got that from. I should really start paying attention lol. Clomid won't be a problem for you, but it might not help as much. Clomid becomes more and more beneficial when the problems mostly in the brain / pituitary gland. If the problems more in your testes, you may need to look at usin HCG. But I'd still give the clomid a run first and see what it can do for you. If your not happy with it then look at hcg and following it with clomid.
I'd use Austinites protocol for that... If it comes to it. Might be clomid is all you need. We'll find out when you get your next bloods.

Austinite's protocol is the one that is studied in the Published Lahey Clinic medical article.
50 mg 3 times a week.

Absolutely bro , Thts wat I discussed with u guys earlier when I was trying to understand if I m primary hypogonadal or secondary !
Primary should be where my LH n FSH are 'HIGH' but my testes aren't responding and Secondary should where my TT along with LH N FSH is low .
so I understand tht in clomid would help more for someone who is secondary ! But as u said I will still give it a try as LH and FSH r not too high and infact my FSH is quite low . So makes sense to give clomid a shot !
Any particular brand which is famous ?? If I may ask this ! Or any clomiphene citrate would do it ??
Thanx!

Yeah, clomid will help both though. It's just gonna do a much better job for the secondary hypogonadal male. I'd say your more primary than secondary. Which is why you may need HCG. It certainly worth it to see what clomid can do for you though, especially since its cheap as and easy to get ahold of.
I use Rui's clomid... Can't beat it. I've also got bloodwork which proves they are legitnot that its needed.
