walking the fuck away.. the 2015 farewell tour

Bronson, thanks for their recognition to my plight. Good luck n just keep doin it. I'm hanging in so you will. It feels good.

meh !

back to business..

summer of fun, soon as my pack lands ill log my cycle and progress..

pics and measurements , PR's in the weight room and conditioning in the cage

this will be a blast.

really like to hear from anybody and everybody who has experience with the halotestin

I'm going to kick off my cycle with it, run bloods and check how my body handles this compound.. possibly end my cycle with another run of halo to harden up and keep my gains.

everything I've read points to lean dry gains being what you will keep versus sloshing aournd with a bunch of bloat that you'll just piss away once the run is over anyway

halotestin.. whose got some insight and experience they can share?

id love to hear some old war stories from powerlifters about this stuff

Yeah, I was poking fun. I actually do understand the shelf life of hard hitting sports - just look at pro football (US football, of course). Just having some fun, no offense intended. Most likely most of you can easily kick my ass. :)

I've no experience with Halo, but from what I've read it's supposed to bring about pretty incredible strength gains... on par with tren, or even better some say.. Your in for a ride my friend!

Oh shit I hear ya - so far I'm 48 and have never felt better... "give or take a creak or two."

But I tell ya what guys - I just got one of these and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

HOWEVER - after putting it together, the anxious kid in me jumped right on this thing before knowing how to use it - (go figure).

The settings would have been perfect... if I was a MIDGET - I flipped upside down SO FAST my shoes came off and everything! :spin:

This is my best way to describe it...

Your spine is like a STACK of Oreo cookies, constantly "squeezing" the white stuff in the middle.

When you hang upside down, you allow everything (Oreo cookies) to go back normal.

I recommend the Gravity Boots for hanging upside down and crunches... and it's also fun hanging upside down watching TV.

I should have bought one of these YEARS AGO!

Great thread Charles! :D

the wife..

is a chiro.. so charley b gets everything he needs at home ( love that )

that being said - man i want an inversion table and BAAAD!

technically, that is " decompression therapy"

and wether you get chiro adjusted or deep tissue massage - those inversion tables work a treat in keeping your spine aligned and muscle relaxed out of spasms once you have been treated by a doctor.

good stuff, highly recc' that gear for all the hard old bastards on the boards here

Great thread C B - I'm subbed and interested to see what Halo does for you....
Actually, I'd better ask... am I too young to be subbed to this thread?
I feel like a spring chicken at 43 ;)

Smash it Bronson!

PS: Love that fact that you're taking a gram of Deca as a medicinal dose :beertoast

Haaaa! i love it too!

could be said, one of the many fruits or having reached such a mature and seasoned stage of manhood..

is knowing exactly when and how.. to do whatever the fuck YOU WANT ! yea!

welcome to "The He Man Woman Haters Mean Ass Old Man Club" BigBen!

you and several others on this thread with a diminished regard for human life;

a propensity for being shocked and startled on par with that of a blind mans sensitivity to camera flashes.

you tare more than welcome here. take this short questionnaire - I'm certain you all belong in here

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-if you have ever watched everyone scream and run about shouting "oh my god!"

while you were busy finishing your beer and murmuring " yeah whatever, fuck em.."

-if at some point in your life, another man has watched a woman walking away from you, and exclaimed

'' she is the most beautiful creature i have ever seen!!! how can you let her go?!?!?!?!?"

and your only response was to continue buttering toast and reply

" her booty smells like a fish tank when I'm done wrecking it, same as all the rest

'' HEY!!! take the trash down to the road on your way out and you MIGHT see your cat again felicia"

-if you have ever slapped a man named QUIN who was wearing an eye patch.

-if you had a gun pulled on you and you got upset.. " if thats anything less than a .38 you have some balls!"

- if you have been told repeatedly, upon making a new acquaintance, that you remind them of some one they wished to god they could be.. and so you find yourself constantly alone or surrounded by a bunch of yammering women who are all smiles and touchy feely..

then fuck yeah - you belong in here..

pull up a bear skin and stay

PSL is throwing a party, and I'm your host!

lets have fun, anybody else currently running or getting ready to run PSL gear - pm me!!!

here we go lads... some MAN TIME!!!!

i started training seriously at 17 yrs old

im fucking old now.

olympic boxing
then muay thai
then mma
then muay thai again
considered mma again..
then decided id be better off lifting weights and avoiding more concussions

I've treated my body like the fucking rental car it is.

when i get done, the ash tray will be full, the fucking gas tank will be empty - nobody will even want to sit in this motherfucker much less drive it

but i got stories out of that shit, yea..

so im a trainer but also makes the rounds as a sparring partner at a few diff gyms.

the only thing worse than beating up some kid i could have changed diapers on - is getting thumped by some kid i could have changed diapers on

time to hang that shit up, while I'm still banging it out respectably in the gyms

pisses me off having to brawl with guys i would have dominated easily a decade ago, just to hold my own..

don't get me wrong, most of the guys i work with are good sportsmen , great kids , great athletes.

but! there are couple peckerwoods i would love to turn the clock back on my body for - just to beat the dog shit out of them.

so I'm going to gear up for boxing one last time before i bulk my way into a not so boxing friendly body, hang up the gloves for good to grab iron full time..

adding an exciting new compound i think is just right for the task at hand..

PSL Halotestin..

anybody have some experience with this compound??? please chime in !

no bloating? super gains in strength? improved atheletic performance? and aggression?

sign me the fuck up, lets have one last summer of fun.

''the halotestin coconut crushing bronson farewell tour of 2015''

ill log everything, this is going to be interesting..

wish me luck

bronson

Interesting post OP. I'm doing just the opposite. At 35, I plan on putting down the weights after my cut to focus more on my Krav Maga and Olympic Boxing. Hopefully I will be able to maintain my size by doing full body workouts no more than once a week

good shit...

i think for me - my central nervous system and joints have taken such a beating i have to move into areas where i can train hard while i preserve and improve my health and physique.. will be slowing down, allowing myself to heal..

for you - you'll get into a place where full body/ functional strength is really going to be stimulating different neuro pathways and i would wager it will harden /change your physique..

i would venture you may end up looking like one of the greek statues of olympian gods, proportioned differently as an athlete

my body still has its " sports specific physique" form boxing...

I'm working on becoming more proportionate with weight training,,

I just started boxing and krav maga 1.5 year ago and i love the shit. I honestly think i am pretty good, particularly with boxing, but my knees are absolute shit. I have had 2 town meniscus and a small acl tear on top of mild degenerative arthritis. So much of boxing is foot work and i am no where near as fluid as i should be given my age, but i have no choice other than to look like Frankenstein when i spar. One of my buddies, Tony Thompson (fought Klitscho twice), is 40+year old and he has the knees of a 8 month year old baby despite being 6'5/6'6.

Great thread Charles! :D

Back in the early 80's we used gravity boots and they were not comfortable. I'd like to try this.....

Doesn't the TV have to be upside down too? ;)

LOL - my wife does that for me. :D

Yeah the table doesn't come with the boots - and it's not very comfortable without them!

I was able to get the table on sale for around $230 and the boots from Amazon for around $90.

Charles described it best as - "decompression therapy"

From the looks - my problem seemed like the upper back... but it was really in the lower back which
always made it uncomfortable to stand up straight.

I noticed a difference from the first day and very big difference within the first week.

It almost feels like reversing time of all the years pushing down on your spine... not to mention
dead lifts and squats!

Hey CB how does the Deca make your joints feel? Been thinking about running this to see how it feels with my bad knees and elbows! Love the thread by the way!!

thanks bud!

and man, i feel like deca is the most nectar of all aas , the benefit vs sides ratio is unbeatable..

in my opinion deca is the single most perfect aas for anyone that boxes/ wrestles mma

the way it seems to alleviate joint pain is almost magical, i guess there hasn't been any conclusive research about how /why it works - but it works a treat!

i wouldn't run any cycle without deca, it allows me to maintain intensity - my joints wouldn't stand up to hard training without it
