Bronson, thanks for their recognition to my plight. Good luck n just keep doin it. I'm hanging in so you will. It feels good.
meh !
back to business..
summer of fun, soon as my pack lands ill log my cycle and progress..
pics and measurements , PR's in the weight room and conditioning in the cage
this will be a blast.
really like to hear from anybody and everybody who has experience with the halotestin
I'm going to kick off my cycle with it, run bloods and check how my body handles this compound.. possibly end my cycle with another run of halo to harden up and keep my gains.
everything I've read points to lean dry gains being what you will keep versus sloshing aournd with a bunch of bloat that you'll just piss away once the run is over anyway
halotestin.. whose got some insight and experience they can share?
id love to hear some old war stories from powerlifters about this stuff

Oh shit I hear ya - so far I'm 48 and have never felt better... "give or take a creak or two."
But I tell ya what guys - I just got one of these and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
HOWEVER - after putting it together, the anxious kid in me jumped right on this thing before knowing how to use it - (go figure).
The settings would have been perfect... if I was a MIDGET - I flipped upside down SO FAST my shoes came off and everything!

This is my best way to describe it...
Your spine is like a STACK of Oreo cookies, constantly "squeezing" the white stuff in the middle.
When you hang upside down, you allow everything (Oreo cookies) to go back normal.
I recommend the Gravity Boots for hanging upside down and crunches... and it's also fun hanging upside down watching TV.
I should have bought one of these YEARS AGO!
Great thread Charles!![]()

Great thread C B - I'm subbed and interested to see what Halo does for you....
Actually, I'd better ask... am I too young to be subbed to this thread?
I feel like a spring chicken at 43
Smash it Bronson!
PS: Love that fact that you're taking a gram of Deca as a medicinal dose![]()
i started training seriously at 17 yrs old
im fucking old now.
olympic boxing
then muay thai
then mma
then muay thai again
considered mma again..
then decided id be better off lifting weights and avoiding more concussions
I've treated my body like the fucking rental car it is.
when i get done, the ash tray will be full, the fucking gas tank will be empty - nobody will even want to sit in this motherfucker much less drive it
but i got stories out of that shit, yea..
so im a trainer but also makes the rounds as a sparring partner at a few diff gyms.
the only thing worse than beating up some kid i could have changed diapers on - is getting thumped by some kid i could have changed diapers on
time to hang that shit up, while I'm still banging it out respectably in the gyms
pisses me off having to brawl with guys i would have dominated easily a decade ago, just to hold my own..
don't get me wrong, most of the guys i work with are good sportsmen , great kids , great athletes.
but! there are couple peckerwoods i would love to turn the clock back on my body for - just to beat the dog shit out of them.
so I'm going to gear up for boxing one last time before i bulk my way into a not so boxing friendly body, hang up the gloves for good to grab iron full time..
adding an exciting new compound i think is just right for the task at hand..
PSL Halotestin..
anybody have some experience with this compound??? please chime in !
no bloating? super gains in strength? improved atheletic performance? and aggression?
sign me the fuck up, lets have one last summer of fun.
''the halotestin coconut crushing bronson farewell tour of 2015''
ill log everything, this is going to be interesting..
wish me luck
bronson
good shit...
i think for me - my central nervous system and joints have taken such a beating i have to move into areas where i can train hard while i preserve and improve my health and physique.. will be slowing down, allowing myself to heal..
for you - you'll get into a place where full body/ functional strength is really going to be stimulating different neuro pathways and i would wager it will harden /change your physique..
i would venture you may end up looking like one of the greek statues of olympian gods, proportioned differently as an athlete
my body still has its " sports specific physique" form boxing...
I'm working on becoming more proportionate with weight training,,

Doesn't the TV have to be upside down too?![]()
Back in the early 80's we used gravity boots and they were not comfortable. I'd like to try this.....
