got home and was starving and tired at 1130...ate 2 cups oats and 100g whey.
bloated as fuck from that today...weighed in at 200lbs...

had a couple drinks last night, came home and ate some protein and oatmeals.

woke up 4 hours later

ate 4 eggs and avacodo
chicken stir fry with peanut sauce
easter strikes here....2 dingdong things and an apple
lamb, chicken, cabbage rolls till im stuffed...1 more dingdong thing
2 cups oats ,5 scoops whey
2 eggs low carb bred,.5 cup cottage cheese

pulled tire for 25 min today. been on "active recovery" for stressed out body for a couple days, will continue taking it easy in gym till friday.
 
new split will start next week after my active recovery is done

monday max effort bench, 45 min cardio
tuesday 100m sprints, 45min cardio
wednesday light sled pulling (if time, cardio is priority) 45 min cardio
thursday dynamic bench, 45min cardio
friday legs, 45 min cardio
saturday 100m sprints, 45 min cardio
sunday just cardio 45 min cardio, or light sled pulling. if possible will train calves again this day.

cardio will be first thing in morning if possible, or after weight training.

2 weeks after last pics taken.
i have definatly been cheating/eating too much. up till now my progress reflects a lean bulker as i am up in weight and only a little leaner. so...i am dropping daily kcal to about 2500. 5 meals, 500 kcal each.

these pics arnt mped up, just taken after light warm up.

Nice progress war. I'm having a tough time sticking to my diet, too. Dropped a solid 10lbs but can't get rid of the last 4-6 around my waist and abs. I'm currently around 206 at 12%.
 
yeah youre around the same size as me JT, and i keep fat on my low stomach too.
let me tell you, ive been using a little more ephedra and it REALLY helps me control my appetite. i have been using about 12-25mg a day but ive noticed at 37 it really does a good job. and my stuff is old too! im getting new ephedra in the mail soon and i will run it at 48mg a day, 2 pills broken in half spaced about 3 hours apart. it helps soooo much, and nice energy boost when youre low carbing it! i feel and look good today, i think im really on track now.

4 eggs, 1 low carb bred, 1/4 avacodo
1 cup chicken, 2 cups broc, .5 cup almond sauce
1 apple (pretrain)
1 cup steak, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocc
1 cup oats, 37g whey, a little flax meal
1 large turkey burger, green salad, 1.5 cucumbers

up to 10 cups of green tea a day and loving it! added taurine at about 1-1.5 g a day and it has gotten rid of cramping completely. vit c at about 5g a day or so, multi twice a day, potassium added here and there.

went for a run today, it was just so nice outside. i kept the pace slow and went for 25 min and remembered why i used to love it! I will definatly be running now for cardio, maybe drop sprints to once a week.

drugs- i cant stand the test bloat and letro is too expensive so test going to 250mg a week, tren to 150 eod!
thinking about dropping t3 down to 100mcg from 120 since im running now... any thoughts? it probobly doesnt matter at all.

That's cool, i'm actually on about 50mg a day. I'm taking a product called Stimerex ES, 25mg per pill, 2 a day. My problem is i've found myself in so many situations lately where it was eat like crap or not eat at all and I was friggin starving. I work out of town a lot and it's tough sometimes getting all 5-6 good meals in with no kitchen or blender.

The increase in Tren should help. Don't know much about T3.

25 min easy morn cardio, some ab work, very light shoulder work

2 cups oats, 4 eggs, 1 apple (empty stomach cardio makes me hungry!)
low carb bread sandwich, 1 cup chix, 1 tbls mayo
1 serve zucchini lasagna (150kcal?), 1.5 cups chicken, 1 turkey burger (see morning cardio above...)
1 apple,1 banana, 1 carrot

jog 40 minutes

1 cup steak 1 cup brown rice, broccoli
*stayed up too late, ran out of ephedra and i binged on 3.5 cups oats, 200g whey*

25 gwhey pro, 1 tbls olive oil

holy shit new diet is nuts...and with less test ive drpped crazy water weight. i got on the scaled this morning at 190...ill be about 194 in the evening but still!

oh and too much cardio for what? i love running, especially in the sun. i will cut out the treadmill work when ive reached bodyfat goals. running is so much better. its fun, quick, and you get to be in public with very little clothes on! i dunno if i will keep sprinting, probobly not

morning cardio makes me too hungry all day! i think its out for good!

i was doing great all day then my schedule got all screwed up and so did my meals. i dont think i went more than a couple hundred kcals over 2500 though, just ate weird shit like peanuts and a little candy.

oh i got my ephedra today AND IT IS GOOD! i took 12.5mg at 6 and was a little cracked out for a while...my friend that used to be a meth addict was saying i was acting like he used too. BUT it did a great job on my appetite, i ate all the peanuts b/c there was nothing else but when i got home i wasnt hungry at all. i felt like i literally couldnt eat but i had a carrot and 25g whey anway!

looked good in the gym today. forearms got crazy vascularity while doing lunges, ive never seen anywthing like it on my own body...tren is a very good drug.

btw all i did to day was a lazy leg workout. i went with a girl to her 24 hour and just showed her some excercises and what not. this is ok though as i am still on my recovery week. i may be getting a training job there.
lol@ me a trainer at 24hour...but it will be better money than my crappy home imp sales job now.

i am going to party tonight so im not sure how i should budget my kcal. should i eat the good food and just take the kcal hit later? or should i skip a meal to make up for the alchohol? i think ill do a little of both
the plan is 4 good meals, one with carbs, then an apple+24g whey before the club and whatever else happens, happens.

oh and the tren is hitting today hard...i wonder if it is overdosed. i got bad calf pumps on my run today and had to stop and stretch them and walk them out so the run sucked. while clipping all my body hair off i got a forearm pump lol.
anyway, i am very happy i switched the test for tren. the next pics i post will probobly be in a week and half or so and will be semi-professional ones. i wont be at my goal yet but will still look pretty fuggin good.

btw- dancing in a club on t3= sweating like a pig

i havnt been real strict lately, mother sent me a fucking easter box full of nuts and candy. i ate a lot of it until i just took it all to work and donated it to the fat people there.
my problem is not just my appetite its my fucking eating disorder, like i just have to be full or im not happy. gay.
anyway with the exception of a couple days i have been close to 2500kcal. i have been trying to jog for cardio but the tren is pumping my calves so bad it makes it hard. i really dont want to quit it though since the weather is so nice. i will give it a few more weeks and see if it gets better with practice.
even with the slow runs i have gotton enough rest lately so that my deload resting period is definatly over and i cant wait to hit the weights hard tomorrow.

if i am going to get the pics taken this week i will be ultra strict, maybe 2k kcal a day and will carb deplete for 2 days prior then load the day of. i will also dehydrate so they should be pretty good!
 
Let me know how the carb depletion/carb up/dehydration goes and how you end up doing it. i may try it for my next set of pics in a few weeks.
 
yeah im not going to do anything drastic, just go trace carbs for a couple days drinking gallons of water then stop drinking water the day before and tan to help drop it. next morning carb up with the usual goodies and no water.

i have been informed my t3 is crap. that really sucks, i guess i will up the dose and just run it until its gone...

btw i found that with real good hydration and taurine the calf pumps while running are becoming easily bearable.

i also find it real hard not to cheat on oats and protien mixed in a mush...

hell yeah! i ordered up 8g myself today since i spilled some of my last conversion. today i carbed up and had a fucking great workout! im looking good guys, finally down to 10% i think at about 194.

i am going to try and eat only a couple apples tomorrow and the next day to carb deplete, i will go easy with the water though.
"photo shoot" on thursday, i dunno when ill get the pics up though
 
no its not that, though that should be c oming up in the next few weeks.

this is a friend who does a little work and thinks it would be fun to shoot me. ill just hit some poses i guess then do whatever she wants.

so i carbed up yesterday and had a great max bench workout. carb depleteing today and tomorrow. cutting water out on wednesday and were doing it thursday afternoon.

i bumped my t3 up to 1 ml. the researchology t3 just sucks, so im gonna use that dose till its gone. at that dose it almost gets me where i want to be temp wise. diet has been good and i have very little desire to drink anymore lol. last night my weight was 194 and im thinking im around 10% bf. quads are starting to seperate and im seeing veins there but lower abs are still soft.
