Warmachine's Diet

diet has been on point the last couple days. yesterday carbs were around 50g and went for a 45 min run to deplete glycogen.
today went up to 100g with some oatmeal as i felt like shit and wanted to train still, hit a weak leg workout and ran for 30 min/walked for 15 in a plastic bag. cut water intake at 5 o clock and dropped 4lbs in the gym with the run and a tan (in the bag).

at 9pm here i feel like shit, dehydrated and carb depleted. pics are being taken at 2 tomorrow but i work at 6 am so thats a long time with no water...

will be eating yams all morning and afternoon to carb up. i have some white potatoes to eat too and some turkey burgers. also a little fruit...god i can smell the water in it!

im not actually that cut yet, but this is kind of for fun and to see where im at and how i respond to this depletion stuff. will come in handy when i do a contest one day.

diet was good for my friends pics. i did some serious carb loading on yams , white potatoes and oats w/syrup. hopefully they should look ok. i realized im not really lean enough yet for a water cut to really show much more than some extra vascularity.

some friends took me out that night and i ate pad thai, coconut icecream and a bunch of sake, then to the bar for 3 shots of jose and an amf. but i got second in a kareoke contest!

then today i ate a bunch of oats and bullshit too, blew up my kcals for the day...two days down the toilet.

im back at it tomorrow though, ripped up in 4 weeks!
 
ok so im not super happy with my condition in these pics. my friend hated shooting the body building poses so we didnt do many. i also found it hard to hit poses when i was off in the woods standing on dirt lol.

also im not sure about the water depletion/carb load i did. it made me look really small and flat i think...

ALSO THESE ARE TAKEN COLD!!! no pump but what i got from the pose itself

Ok, for the future i want to drop more body fat. I want my abs to really pop. Once that is accomplished, i REALLY need to gain some more size!

back on track with the 2500 kcal a day. last 2 days ate way over my diet but had a GREAT workout yesterday because of it! staying a little higher carbo since im running now. first 4 meals of day will contain about 40-50g carbs each.

i tried the researchology t3 at 1 ml a day for a couple days. it got my morning temp up where it should be but gave me heart palpitations pretty bad so i dropped it back to 6 pumps a day. will run it like this until its gone.

well fuckd it up with 1.5 cups of oats and 7 scoops whey
1200+ kcal, almost 200g pro though! lol must cut! must CUT!

i am going to change my AS dosage again. i am trying to dial in my sex drive, so i will cut tren back to 1.5ml eod and try that for a while. aggresion is also VERY high lately, so at his point id much rather fight then fuck and that needs to be reversed lol. I know it looks like poor planning and bad cycleing to mess with my dosages as much as i have, but i am trying to find the "sweet spot" of test/tren dosage.

ok, shooting for around 2200 kcal. put in one hour on the stairstepper today, fairly low carb today since ive been cheatings

going for 4 meals at 500, and my apple/25g pro shake for breakfast.

while responding to a tren/test post on the anabolic board i realized something. my sex drive was best ever on 200mg testE and either .75ml tren or 1ml tren i forget which it was (2nd cycle was years ago). at .75 ml tren eod that is a test to tren ratio of 1:1. SO since im already adjusted my test to 1 amp E5D (375mg a week) then 1.5cc tren (350mg a week) should be just what the doctor ordered.

So the experiment continues...

Nice progress war, the pics don't do you any justice. I'm with you on needing to gain more size. I notice how small I really am after cutting down and losing some of the water and fat. Take some more after a good pump!!
 
yeah i couldnt really get a pump for those pics, my friend wanted to make them interesting so she chose the park lol. the t3 has me seriously flat too...i have enough for about 2 more weeks.

cycle currently 250mg testE E5D, 1.5 ml tren eod. Aggresion is already down, sex drive may be up hard to tell. bloat isnt too bad (yet) with this amount of test. 1.25mg letro just doesnt really do the job...

started the day right with 50 pro then a hour of cardio, meals are on track. i was feeling tired till i got my box from animal that contained chocamine among other goodies...
1 spoonfull of that in a choc pro shake has me buzzing pretty well. im kinda going to base my diet around it since its so easy to take and is so strong.

recipe for rippedness

meal 1- 50g whey shake, 3g flax oil, 25mg ephedra, 325mg aspirin, spoon of choc,1 g taurine

1 hour cardio (run, incline walk, stairstepper, whatever)

meal 2-1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup blackberries, 3 jumbo eggs (90kcal, 8 g pro each) mulit vit, niacin, dhea, vit c at 1g

meal 3-500kcal of meat and veggie, depends on what i cook. usually about 1.5 cups of chicken or ground meat with a salad or broccoli

meal 4- 300kcal of meat, about 200 kcal of carb(usually brown rice or yams)

weight training 3x per week

meal 5 depends on days training and how i feel. this is often my post-workout meal so will look like meal 4. if its not post workout and i feel fine then will look like meal 3. another multi, another g of vit C, another 100mg niacin.

i drink over 2L of green tea a day and about 4L of water maybe more. I take 12.5 mg ephedra with all meals but last usually. If im starving after a meal i eat a raw carrot for about 35kcal and 6g carb, also have diet soda on hand for sweet cravings. I need to cap up the last of my ala and i will be taking that before workouts.

macronutrient breakdown

pro 335-360g
carb 150-100g
fat 35-45g

total kcal about 2250

today is day two of this diet. since i have an active job i will bring in an apple to eat before i get off and that helps me fight the fatigue and do my cardio if i didnt do it before work (sometimes i start real early).

got woke up by roomate last night and couldnt get back to sleep b/c i was so hungry. i ate 2 small chicken breasts, a carrot, and 1 low carb bred slice.

diet dead on today, 50 min cardio

btw for my referance yesterday i did a test shot.
 
Looked good today after morning cardio, doing leg work later in the gym.
i will try trap bar deadlifts, havnt deadlifted in about 6-8 monthes due to back probs. I will take it easy, wont go over 225 or to failure and will concentrate on good form.
i really hope their is no pain because i really want to deadlift again. i love the excercise and i need to get my back thickness back where it was when i was pulling 500.
Diet is on spot today but may get screwed up a little later as i plan on getting a couple drinks with a female. I will keep it to 2 though, dating is bad for cutting lol.

oh, gear update.

after a few days at 100mg tren eod (down from 150) i have noticed that my attitude problems are 99% gone. i had noticed an excessive amount of anger and aggresion while i had bumped up the dose. with the test up to 1 cc E5D from once a week sex drive is much better. i havnt had an opportunity to test it out yet though, maybe tonight :bj:

ok the couple drinks turned out to be more of course... last night and got home and ate a ton of good food, half a pound of cottage cheese, 1+ cup of ground turkey, .5 cup oats.
anyway lots of dancing too so probobly was only a little about maint for the day

back is a little painful today from deads. will keep with them but really need to see a chiro.

diet on for today, 1 hour cardio. ate maybe a little extra, was ravenous at last meal so had extra .5 turkey burger. im a bad boy i know.

am going to drop t3 down to 50mcg a day for the next several days to see what ill look like, if it really is keeping me that flat.

cheat day yesterday on cinco de mayo. fish tacos, nachos, some tequila.

finished off with extra oats and protein lol.
 
stopped the t3 two days ago. i dont think it was doing anything much at all. i cant tell if ive been so tired because of low thyroid or my lack of sleep. ill be able to tell tomorrow. since cinco de mayo diet has been good.
 
no im not adding clen. make sure you get some taurine the cramps are horrible, and take a look at the clen studies regarding myocyte apoptosis...i would keep the dosage below 100mcg a day.
 
im starting to have motivation issues, am bumping up kcal by 800 to 3000. this leaves in debt by about 600 so i should see fat loss of about 1lb a week still.
the starvation is just effecting my life too much. i might crank it back down after a month or so.
i am still playing with my AS dosages and sex drive. now that the t3 is done i will drop tren to 75mg eod and 250 test a week. its a much better dose for me right now. in 4 weeks i should be down 4 lbs or so, or maybe stay even. the greater kcal intake will let me train hard and heavy again which i have been missing.

basically i just added in one more meal and can increase carb portion size on 2 of the others OR have a post workout shake. i think ill stick to the whole food.

lots of cardio will stay of course, and i will try very hard to make my last meal free of non veggie carbs.

feeling much better with more food/carbs. havnt been doing a ton of cardio.

this is whats funny (i guess) i had my bf tested by a good trainer with good calipers and he put me at 10.8 so god knows what i really was when i started.
The good part though is that im 200lbs on the nose. so even though my "cutter" hasnt gotten me ripped i am up at least 10lbs.
so all in all im happy with my cycle, down a little bodyfat and up about 12lbs muscle.

oh my head has been a little messed up since i stopped the t3. my bbt is higher than it was before the t3 so i have no idea if my metabolism is slow but i have noticed some depression. i am not pleased with the t3 at all, though i wonder if it contributed to mass gains?

i realize that first pic i posted was a bad one to use for reference. iwas on clen and Winstrol (winny) and had just tanned. i dont feel it truly represented what i looked like then. oh well im 7lbs heavier now too.

so heres another bad pic. not bloated, not low carbed, not pumped, just regular me. this is what i look like at 200lbs and 10.8.

thanks man! like i said im going to take it easier, im so sick of starving all the time. if i can keep intake to 3000 kcal, i should be able to drop to 8% in about 5 weeks. strength is so much better now too...

as long as i take my letro, watch my carbs, and do some cardio im pretty happy with how i look now. am trying to to stick to high carb/high pro this week to help my thyroid recover. next week its back on the TKD, but improved!


part of my plan now is to cut my drinking in half when i go out, and that should help out pretty much everything!

am thinking about when i want to end the cycle.
