this is whats funny (i guess) i had my bf tested by a good trainer with good calipers and he put me at 10.8 so god knows what i really was when i started.
The good part though is that im 200lbs on the nose. so even though my "cutter" hasnt gotten me ripped i am up at least 10lbs.
so all in all im happy with my cycle, down a little bodyfat and up about 12lbs muscle.

oh my head has been a little messed up since i stopped the t3. my bbt is higher than it was before the t3 so i have no idea if my metabolism is slow but i have noticed some depression. i am not pleased with the t3 at all, though i wonder if it contributed to mass gains?

i realize that first pic i posted was a bad one to use for reference. iwas on clen and Winstrol (winny) and had just tanned. i dont feel it truly represented what i looked like then. oh well im 7lbs heavier now too.

so heres another bad pic. not bloated, not low carbed, not pumped, just regular me. this is what i look like at 200lbs and 10.8.

ok ok, so things have been very roughly ran up till this week. i came off the t3 last week and fucking blew up. i watched diet pretty well but still blew up with water, up to 214! edema in right leg made it look like a sausage. really fucking ugly...also felt shitty so i decided to get back on it at 20mcg a day until its gone.
with good diet and dandelion root i am down to 206, still holding water...whatever. ill probobly be normal in a week, moral of story IS TAPER YOUR T3 KIDS! DO IT OVER ATLEAST 4 WEEKS!

anyway diet! so HB has me at about 3500kcal a day for maint. with 400+ kcal in activity each day im at 3900-4000. 20% decrease in kcal puts me at 3200 wich is my kcal goal each day. im going for 6 meals at 500 each with some spill over, ie a piece of fruit if i wanted it etc. this will get me down to 8% BF in exactly one month from now as i am a little under 11 now.

im not restricting carbs too much and eating at least 200g pro. my new job is so active i cannot be lacking in energy from low carbing it.

anabolics stay in, cardio is switched to stair climber for next couple weeks and dance classes. weight training will be mixed up too for a little bit as i am trying/learning some new things.

hopefully the excess water will drop off soon and i will see what i really weigh, so far im up 16lbs on this "cutter"!!!!! 200 at 8% should look real nice, ill probobly cut to 7 and then bulk slow up to 205 or so before coming off in two monthes. i might do a 1 month post cycle therapy (pct) and hop back on, as it might help my new PT job out to be a little freaky.

feeling strong, inclined 85s for 10 nice reps on monday after a shitty couple reps with 245 on bench.

Your almost there War, just keep truckin. Once you hit 8% it will all be worth it. How long have you been on cycle now?
 
i have been on for about 10 weeks. cycle length was always determinant on results. i wanted to cut then bulk, looks like i bulked and cut very little so now i cut lol. again, im up about 15 lbs...down about 1%.

posting whole workouts is monotonous, but i might start anyway soon.

looking tight today, had a couple drinks last night but i budgeted them this time so im all good.

three things that have helped me tremendously

1. actually measuring the food i eat, not eye balling it
2. switching up my cardio (going from 1 hour on treadmill to 25 min on stairstepper at higher intensity)
3. deleting and ignoring the whores on my cell phone

i am very happy with my look since i dropped all that water.
 
wow, total reality check today. i had by body fat calipered by a pro and they clocked me at 13.12. so im taking kcals down to 3000, putting me in atleast a 1000 kcal deficit each day. this will have me on track to 8% in 5 weeks.

bodyweight was 203.5 today. im only doing bodyweight excercises this week to give my shoulder and back a break from the heavy weights.

todays training looked like this

pushups on a medicine ball with 4-2-1 tempo for 3 sets about 12,10,7 reps.
dips 421 tempo 2 sets around 10 reps each
chins quick tempo 3 sets 10,8,5 reps (cant believe how weak i am on these now)
hyperextensions on a small ball 2 sets to failure (around 20 reps)
hanging leg raises to bar 3 sets last set was just knees to chest.

25 mininutes on stair climber.

diet was weird today because of bizare work schedule. ate around 3000 kcal+/- 200 or so. at 9 o clock pm i was about 2000 or so and i made a ton of chicken curry and just filled up a skillet with it and some cous cous. fucking stuffed!

lol no shit. and its worthless now that im dieting based only around kcals.
3000 every day is all it is, with good clean food. so much easier than fucking around with low carbs.
 
gyno seems to be rearing up. im afraid its the tren as the letro i had (new company) seemed to not do the job. i only gave it a couple days and switched to AIFM which doesnt seem to do anything for me...so i hit some nolva up and that did the job (of course).
since i dropped the letro though sex drive seems up but so is bloat...AIFM doesnt seem to do much for bloat either. im going to keep up nolva at 10mg for a couple days with AIFM then drop the AIFM and see where im at. I may have to drop the tren and switch over to 250mg test E5D with some Winstrol (winny). Odd that this far into the cycle with these low dosages im seeing gyno probs.

b6...ill give it a try. i mean why not right? nolva and AIFM shut the itchyness down though. went to 2 pumps twice a day and definatly holding less water.
 
felt a little shitty and tired all week. i thought it was from coming off the t3 but ive had a little bit of mucousy cough too. today i hocked up some bloody snot a couple times. anyway felt pretty good so i worked out, strength was down and got real tired and light headed at end of workout. starving also so i am eating as much as i want to today and i hope i will be normal soon.

oh got pinched again the other day after 3 days of AIFM and dropping a couple lbs of water...had me at 9.2%. so who fucking knows lol. bottom line is im done cutting july 1rst and should be right where i want to be.

winny will help witht he gyno from the 19nors like tren, deca and anadrol.
 
added 25mg Winstrol (winny) a day couple days back. joint pain and vascularity are making themselves known.
bodyfat dropping, weight going up. still at 3000kcal a day. recovery weeks done, hitting it hard now. hopefully ill be happy with my leanness in one month, but i may have to go for 6 weeks.
 
may increase Winstrol (winny) to 50mg a day next week. waiting to see if the 25mg impacts my sex drive this time. dieting with carbs high makes it hard to see fat loss, but the calipers are telling me its going on. i have a feeling im going to have to drop the kcals soon though. 3000 is just too high for me now.
