you gonna do the suggested rotation to quads? I dont know why but i've never done it in my thigh not once in 5 years. Always the glute which is not recommended b/c of the scar tissue but its never bothered me. Occastionally the delts, but typically just have sore butt cheeks.

I never got PIP from pinnacle gear... spoke to my guy today btw .. got my viagra and dbol on the way tomorrow WOOOOT .. time to go hard in the paint with my boner

Actually Max is just a spoiled little rich kid and buys lots of toys.. he brought a meter/reader or whatever the fuck you want to call it. You enter in all your specs, let it read your heart rate and 'viola' your bf%... not sure how much money he wasted on it or how accurate it is.. but when when I did mine it said 5.9% or something like that.

Last year at one of the 24 gyms I go to.. they had a hot female trainer just randomly grabbing people and checking the BF%.. last year mine was at 5.3... My avatar isnt slim shady for nothing ya know... Sounds way low and I eat like a fucking stoner.. smh
 
No disrespect, but your last tren cycle must not have been successful if you lost all you gained bro. Taking a cycle of tren and not reaping the benefits that the juice gives you is not only harming your body, but for no reason. 10 hour shifts and 105 degree heat are not excuses. I work from 9-5 and then from 6-9:30 every day and find the time to train for hours and eat my 6 meals per day. When running a cycle, respect your body, respect the drug, and respect the post cycle therapy, diet and training. You wasted your last cycles. With tren you should be jacked as shit bro.

Regarding the diet, they are excuses again- just being real. Been training for years, finished 2 masters degrees and a post grad certificate and training and BB must be your priority, specifically if you want to run a cycle. You absolutely need 4000-4500 calories for you to grow. find the calories in gainers and carbs. If you want this to happen you will make it happen. set your 6 meals in tupperware every day the night before and keep it in a cooler. No matter if Im in a staff meeting etc. i always make the time to eat.

NO NO NO cardio, except for MAX 5 min on a treadmill or eliptical to warm up. you dont need the cardio, it is wasting your muscles.

Just trying to motivate and challange you bro, i would hate to see your cycle not be successful. It gives the term "steroid misuse" creditability.

Solid motivation, I can dig that.. and I agree with the "lifestyle habbit" theory... all my peers stare and ask how, you have to put the time and you cannot stray. I've done 5 tren cycles and it definately ripped me up, but i wasnt as knowledgeable at the time and was just thinking cut.. cut and made the mistake of losing a little mass due to the massive sweats and not intaking enough cals. Ya I look great, but It could always be better right??

Gotta eat to fuel, gotta sleep to grow and repair, repeat.

I work in a corporate environment as an IT admin :nerd:. Operations meetings...I pull out my tuna saminch' and my travel size bullet shake maker and intake some damn protein on the spot and I make them mf's WAIT.. lol

Over time it becomes like any other habbit and gets much easier. Waiting for some progress pics Max.. ...................... I'll be watching

Day #7

End of week 1 Recap:

--No significant gain in weight or strength.
--Been eating a lot more so shitting three times a day.( note to self: need to get more TP for my bunghole!!)
--Had a good week at the gym and no missed workout.
--Recalibrated my BF. Monitor to get a more accurate reading and I'm currently sitting at 15% BF. ***updated my starting stats to reflect this**
--Going to start pinning delts stating tomorrow.
--Did notice some night sweats but not at much as being on tren.


Sooo ready to go H.A.A.M. Next week!!!!

Ha, yep, good leg day.. I think im good on my left knee rehab thing i've been working on to start back on squats.. need to work that in first next week on leg days to see how it holds up.

Pin #3 left delt. 25g /1 inch needle

Went in smooth . Never really pinned delts before so I suspect pain tomorrow !!!! Bring it on!!! No pain !! No gain!!!

Worked out back and bi today and also threw in some shoulder just to get the juices flowing.

Rest day tomorrow then hit it hard on Wednesday

are you feeling anything just off 25 mg ed of dbol? Keeping tabs on this due to the last mix up with this oral from this lab. Been catching up on my research and all seems in the clear now.

Not a huge fan of dbol but its been a long while since i've ran it. btw did you find out what oil do they use and when you say smooth, is it thick? Seemed pretty consistent to me with their prop, cyp, eq & tren havent tried t enth or mast yet, but wanna stock up so I can for our annual cancun trip.. yeaaaaaaaahbuddy...

I would definitely up cals and protein for sure. Test and 19 nor deca will do a good job of increasing appetite so it should be easier later.

Thinking about upping it to 50mg a day next week. I mean after all this is operation hulk smmmaash and don't feel like smashing shit yet!

And yup! yup!! ready to hit up cancun again next summer my nukkah!!! That shit never gets old!!!

And yes I did a proper post cycle therapy (pct) on my last cycle test /tren but the first two cycle I was really young and dumb and did not to what the fuck I was doing . Had to educate myself over the years on how to train ,eat ,and cycle on -and off.

Hopefully this one is my best run yet!

My first two cycle was with Test only a long time ago and I was pretty young and did not have a lot of knowledge about running gears . I was young/dumb/and full of cum!!

My last "Real" cycle was Test/tren which I ended over 4months ago....

Hoping this to be the best cycle yet for me cause I prepared for it well in advance and not leaving and stones unturned hence forth !
 
ok so where do we start. you should feel the dbol immedately, like within 1 hour of taking it. Even at 20MG you should. I am taking 60mg per day. 40mg 1 hr before training and the other 8 hrs before or after. i suggest you do the same. Dunno what doseage ur taking but id up your dose to at least 60 or 80mg ED. Im on 60 because i am running it for my whole cycle, not just the first 4 weeks. if you dont feel the dbol, maybe it is not legit gear.

how much have your gained? you should have gained about 10-15 lbs so far which some is water weight if this is your second week. especially on the dbol . if not, check that your suff is legit and make sure your diet is in check. you should also be increasing a little each time you exercise, like 2.5lbs-5 for the first couple weeks. after week 4/5 you will begin to explode (no pun intended).

i really want this cycle to be successful for you as the other ones were not. post some progress pics. you should see some transformation specifically in the shoulders and chest after a couple weeks on this cycle.

also, what is your routine, and how much are you training? 5x per week i hope!

But so far I have only gained about 5lbs but no water retention as far as I can see or tell on the mirror . I have cut down on my cardio as you have suggested before and desperately trying to increase my cal intake every day as much as possible .

I train 5days a week a normal split routine . Have noticed an increase in strength but definitely not where I want to be or where I once was . I haven't missed a work out yet but was experiencing some incredible pip due to virgin muscle syndrome but I went to great extent to increase my threshold on pain and blasted through my workouts .

As far a diet goes , I had some good days followed by couple of bad day with not enough cal intake but I'm working on it . And guess what ? Food prepared in a tupper ware was a good invention !! Thanks for lighting my way!!!!

The dbol is another issue , if you scan my thread and follow the posting by my good friend Raw3nvy. He was having the same issue with this same dbol at 25 mg a day until he upped it to 50 mg and it worked better . I plan on upping my dose from 25 to 50 mg a day. I have also been monitoring my blood pressure and noticed no unusual spikes or signs of hypertension which is common with dbol. So I'm guessing that my dbol is kind of on the weak side.

I am confident that I will improve and gain drastic results as time goes on and I learn from my mistakes and zero in on how to run the most successful and efficient cycle. I still got a long ways to go brother !!! And I take all the support and help I can get! ! ....

regarding your gear, are u sure it is legit? 5lbs is not that much unless you are really not eating well. or training at all. I had a friend who started a cycle and fucked up his shoulder and leg and was off training for 2 weeks. he gained 7lbs from doing nothing at all ;).

be true to yourself, you need to eat eat eat, and no cardio (except for 5 min). up the dbol to 60mg ED and take 40mg 1 hr before your training. you should feel massive pumps, i mean vein poppin pumps and increased energy and strenth.

you should be reatining water and experiencing bloat by now, especially with the dbol, which i am finding very odd. blood pressure spikes is normal. u wil be fine if before you were not prone to hypertension. its only temporary.

really dude, tough love but you are throwing your money away and harming your body if you dont eat your cals and lift hard. the PIP is perhaps because you are not injecting properly. virgin muscle syndrome can give more pip but nothing that should debilitate your perfromance or make it so you cant lift more. stick to your glutes for awhile. i remember my first cycle years ago i injected in my hip (mistake) and i had a massive bruise that went from my glutes to my ankle. hurt like fuck but i still was able to do squats etc. if you need help on how to inject, let me know ill walk u through it. you can even soak your area in a hot bath or something. there are a lot of tricks.

try getting the cooler from 6pack fitness. i recently got it and it changed my life. love it. look it up :)

anyhow thinking about you and wishing you would be doing things different but remember it is your goal, not ours ;)

BTW I upped my dbol to 50mg a day just before workout and I felt like a beast tonight at the gym.

finaaallyyyy shits kicking in.

also changed my diet and sticking to 3 different types of protein
intake per day grilled fish/ grilled chicken/ and steak.

question for you: do you still take 50mg - 60mg of dbol on your off days??? if so what is the best time???

I am pinnacle products so I know my gear is legit by I suspect the dbol pills are little on the weak side. also had a conversation regarding this with my friends who has experienced this with his dbol pills from pinn. But there OIL is TOP-NOTCH no doubt in my mind.
