Week 3 on T3 and NO weight loss... Ugh...

I'm up to 75mcg RUI Liquid T3 now and have lost NO weight at all... My diet is good (not great), I'm running test cyp 600mg/wk and tren 400mg/wk. Could I be losing fat and/or gaining muscle retaining water weight? I'm just soooo frustrated...

Your weight loss is 100% dependent on your diet period. As you said your diet isn't great, and seems that you are relying on T3 to get you to lose the weight...why don't you post what your typical daily macros are and see what the problem is. Calories consumed vs. Calories expended, and yes you could very well be exeriencing water retention from Test C...are you taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and caber/prami for the Tren?

I would definitely question your diet bro... 2 months ago I was 250, about 12% bf, since then I've been on a cutter, diet isn't perfect but protein is where it needs to be and limit the carbs in afternoon/evening... I'm running 50mcg t3/40mcg clen and now down to 235 and leaner, I would say about 10% bf. I've also been running test cyp 200mg e6d, 60mg Anavar (var) ed, 75mg proviron ed... will do this till Aug, then back to packing on the size with test/deca ;)

t3 works, but diet has got to be there to see the benefit... one downside about t3 is I find my energy in the gym to be not where it should be, sleep has not been the greatest and strength is down (strength loss to be expected as my calories are not where they usually are)

Just curious if your T3 is from RUI? btw that's seems like a solid cut cycle. I think I'm gonna run basically that but switch out the provi for mast, maybe up the test to 350, and try to recomp.

nope, not RUI stuff, as not much of that in China haha... but I do only hear good things about their products

just a note...when running a cutting phase be satisfied with reducing bf% and not be too concerned about strength levels/maintaining bodyweight

As these guys stated, diet is key. Tren is often used for recomps, it is possible you are gaining muscle and burning fat. With this one I would focus more on how you look in the mirror, rather than the scale. Just my opinion.

The scale is one of a guys biggest enemy is this game. Grab a buritto and some chips, take in a little water ona hot day don't take a good dump, step on the scale and BAM "I am up 5 lbs from yesterday". Yep 5lbs of shit and water!

Use the mirror, your clothes and I like to pinch my belly fat a couple times a week to see how thin my skin is.

Diet is everything, I know Comp BB's don't even touch cutters until they hit 9% or less (they make <9% on diet alone).

Remember with BF% goes strength, power and overall well being. I'll be dropping well under 10% (diet only) and Sology will soon say "there's that grumpy Old Bastard CFM".

Grumpy old bastards we are! Great points CrazyMike, don't rely on the compounds to shed bf!

Why would you take T3 if your diet wasn't spot on and your at least doing some cardio. Seems like a waste of money. Get your diet on and then cycle some clen and thermos with it.

@chicago made I think from a medical perspective the safety of taking t3 for this use is in question. I would like to hear what others have to say about this from a body building perspective. I know you're not the first guy to use t3 to cut, lose weight, or reduce fat, but if I were you I would have your tsh, t3 and t4 checked before doing this and make sure you stay in the normal range because you could give yourself a heart attack. you could become hyperthyroid which has dangerous side effects. Not worth it for what you get out of it in my opinion. The thyroid is kind of like the master gland it affects pretty much all the other organs in your body and all the other hormones. I'm not the authority on this subject so if anyone else or everyone else disagrees then I would like to know why. By far you can lose the most weight and fat by diet and cardio and diet, diet, diet... Cut out all the junk, fat, eat only lean meats, lots of fiber, vegetables, fruits, fresh produce and drink only water...

give it time also bro, 3 weeks isnt awhole lot of time anyways, alittle to impatient bro, but i would say probs like other peoplehave stated the scale is your biggest enemy right now. as alot of people think they are gonna change over night! up the cardio and keep your diet in check bro u should see improvements soon, and drop the fuckin scale lol

Use the scale as a spot check but really you need to get out the measuring tape. Measure your key spots, biceps waist, chest under the arms, thighs, calves, neck , forearms

keep a running log

T3 does work, its a struggle to keep it from being catabolic. Also watch your blood pressure, to much T3 can raise the systolic pressure for some people at high doses. I never go above 40 - 60 mcgs, I don't know how these people rock 100

Patience... Training diet and GENETICS....then add ons.

Scales are scarey as Mike said..5 pds either way for me is not biggie and I m a old feeble guy.
