What are your CURRENT goals and cycle?

Stats: 6'1 208lbs bf 12-13%

Goal: Increase strenght and quality muscle.

Currently: Ghrp 6 100ml 4xday
cjc1295 100ml 4xday
igf des 100ml 2xday

Been on the peps since end of oct. I'd say gained 8lbs. Eating more.

Split:
mon-chest/bi
tues-legs/abs
wed-shoulders
thurs- Low back/hamstring/tris
fri-upper back
sat-cardio
sun-off
 
My previous one would ache a bit. I finally had to have the mesh patch put in. I was amazed how well the repair worked. I used to push in the hernia before the repair when it ached but the relief was only temporary.

I just got the "good" news the weird sloshing noise I can make when I push in the small divot above my belly button is an umbilical hernia as well. Doc said I didnt need to do anything with it unless it became a problem/painful for me. But he suggested the mesh patch as well.

Sounds like it worked for you heavy? Mine hurts when I'm squatting, deadlifting, or hitting bench real heavy, not terrible but more like one of those feelings that kinda groses you out LOL. Would you recommend going for the surgery ?
 
Well I finished PCT on my test E @ 500 mg , Adex ed , Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) @ 5 iu's , And a normal nolva/clomid PCT

My goals were to put on weight/strength and not bloat too much. I gained like 28 lbs on this 14 wk cycle so I would have to say goal met. (also I kept 20 lbs of it thru pct and still have it to date)

My next cycle 4-5 wks out is as follows.

500-600 mg test E per wk for 14 wks
300-400 mg of deca for 12 wks
along with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and I think aromisin instead of adex this time
Proper nolva/clomid pct.
and If I can afford it a lil 3J to help with nutrition

Goals bulk/strength looking to go from 220 to 245 lbs. I am still a bit of a rookie so keeping it simple.

Oh and Heavy your cycle looks freakin awesome....I had to look up like half the stuff you are taking lol!!!

Sorry to hear that man. I think surgery is an eventuality for you. However I waited about 1 and 1/2 years before I got mine fixed. It slowly got bigger and bigger. The main concern is your intestines will protrude then get strangled. This is VERY serious if it happens so keep an eye on it.

The umbilical one I have now has not gotten any bigger though. It seems more resilient so I'm going to wait.

There are several repair options and my doc said the mesh patch is the strongest repair but also a bit more involved surgery. I'm very happy with that repair. It feels VERY solid. I was able to do light isolation exercises 6-7 weeks after surgery. I was fully recovered in 10 weeks.
 
13-14 i prolly got down to almost 10 in september but that was the lowest ever.

i went on vaca and let my diet go and just now getting back on track. i think ive gaines like 5-6 lbs.

LOL I got my BF down to like 11-12% and it amazed me that on my 10 day Vaca I blew up to like 15-16% in 4-5 days....Freakin hate fat!!! I swear it took 5 wks to get back on track after just a week of eating all the good stuff lol!
 
Looks real good, I never really saw much from anavar other than using it to stay anabolic when dropping oils.

How do you feel the Var is working for you?

Thanks bro...only a week into the var. I felt stronger today at the gym...my first real "pump" since i started cycle. Ill be watching vascularity to see if its really legit. The first few days i got some hard core headaches...which supposedly is a side of real var.

Yeah, def sounds like you met your goals. =)

I would sooner spend my money on a good nutritionist than the gear so if you can, go with nutritional coaching. You will not regret it.

My cycle is fun but not for newbies. I did MANY simple cycles when I was younger with Test and maybe a strong oral and I grew well so just want you to know it does not have to be complicated. Sounds like you are on the right track.

I'm 27. This my first time dealing with peps. I do feel somewhat of a difference. Sleepier and more hungrier. Vascularity def up. Solid pumps. Also more anxious and less patient. But not like anger as I would get on aas.

That's a big dose of Igf. Be careful, as you can go hypo with it. 40-50mcg(micrograms) is the normal dosage split bi lateral(20,20). The timing of it is crucial as well. des is the new trend with improved clearance time and effect.

sounds good man. you're a bit young but just wondering if you see any difference in skin..hair..fat loss etc?. similar effects from taking actual gh?

I'm surprised you can still train. I hate injuries. They completely F everything up.
