When it comes to depression the best thing to do is honestly try your hardest to not let it get you down and keep fighting against it. You cant give in to the feeling and any temporary fix will be just a temporary fix. You need to be strong stay positive and ride it out. Some times certain situations are out of our hands. And all you can do is do everything in your power to fix it and than not focus on it and realize you have done all you can to solve the problem. Depression is something that you can control. You just have to realize when it is starting and stop it before it gets bad. Just don't indulge into it and focus on it. Some times getting out of the house and being around friends or people can really help.
