What happened to Lee priest

I haven't really followed many pro bodybuilders but being an Aussie I've always been a fan of Lee he had one of the best body's yet to date in bodybuilding and his arms were amazing in my opinion he looks 10x better than Phil Heath and Alot of guys you see on stage today
So what happened to him I saw a video of him last night on you tube all tattooed up on his face the poor guy looks a mess and the way he talks and acts he looks so sad I just feel so sorry for this guy
