What is your postworkout drink of choice?

What are you guys using for postworkout drinks? My personal choice is orange Muscle Replenisher from NTBM. I mix it with 1% milk and it tastes just like an orange creamsicle.
Each serving has the following:
35 grams of Protein isolate
41 grams of Amino acids
22 grams of carbs
3g of creatine monohydrate
950 mg of Taurine
super electrolytes and Vitamin E complex mix
8 gm L-Glutamine
I have really noticed that my recovery seems better when I use this regularly.
 
I mix the lemonade flavor with water but the orange is my favorite.... I have been told that the berry flavor is coming back also.
 
Thats not enough carbs imo, a simple isolate, creatine, dextrose mix is all you need.

depends on yoru gails and diet along with what your on.
for me im trimming u p and only take around 20g cabrs Post WO, when bulking itsd ore 40-50g cabrs postWO both with about 30-60g protein + taurine and creatine

tastes amazing and isnt underdosed like some of this other stuff

orange citrus is one of the best tasting supps iv tried

other than that, home concoction of isolate, dextrose, creatine
 
Muscle Replenisher is my number one choice for PWO. Great ingredient profile and allows me to recover very quickly.
