what is your three lift total?

I gotta say to never count them out....I think they will make it beyond the first round.

What's a good three-lift total for a girl?? I've heard that your bench/dead should equal at least your body weight and your squat should be twice that...?? :dunno:

That's a hell of a bench. Lot of people have a stronger deadlift then squat...I'm the opposite. In the past I have had back problems but since doing deadlifts I haven't had any but I think I hold back a little because it's always in the back of my mind.
 
haha, most of you guys are huge compared to me, but then again im only 18. Anyways, here is what I got.
stats:160lbs, 5'3" or 5'4", 10percent BF
Bench:285lb
Dead: 350lb
Squat:450lb
total:1085lb
Gimme about five years. I might be able to hang with you guys, haha.

somewhere just above 1300
lifts are raw
