what kind of supplements do you use?

What kind of supplements do you use along side your gear? I've heard of Milk Thistle for the liver & primrose for skin/acne... what else are use guys using?

BCAA
Liv 52
Cranberry Extract
Glucosamine
Glutamine

I use these supplements with a Tren,Prop and Anavar cycle. Hope the info helps

multi vit
fish oil (2g-4g/day)
glucosamine/chondroitin (1500/1200mg twice a day)
pantothenic acid, supposed to help regular skin oils
milk thistle, liver
saw palmetto, prostate
potassium, trying right now to c if it helps my muscle cramps
co-q10, just something extra to help the heart
vit c, keep immune system up
l-carnitine, burn fat
glyco charge, complex carb to throw in shakes
GABA when on cycle, ZMA when off.

Thats most of them. There is other stuff i throw in depending on whats going on. I got some acidophilis and bromelain (digestive enzymes), supposed to help with gas.

tbomb (test booster) in between cycles, and creatine

i just edited mine. i take GABA before bed while on cycle (helps deeper sleep), and ZMA off cycle.

I did not know this..I will take just about anything to try to sleep now. My sleep is so fucked up I bet I slept 20min total last night. Might have had a little bit to do with the bitch I was with, she wouldn't break me off and her house was cold as fuck and her bed sucked dick. But i usually can't sleep. I'm considering xanax.

Isn't GABA an amino acid? totally different than ZMA.

If i am already taking BCAA's should that be enough by itself for optimum protein synthesis?
I also take the plain old amino acids (the smelly ones) And also get some from my protein and pwo drinks As far as AA's go, the more the bettter?? Which ones do what?
 
I dont remember if gaba is an aa...I dont think it is. What it does is basically tells ur brain to slow down. It tells the neurons to stop sending signals. So basically will help u wind down for bed and tell ur brain to stop thinking so much.
