So I'm 23 5,7 and was at 175lbs 10% when on test 250 I was benching 315 6 times. Well it's been 5 months since iv been at the gym due to a back fusion. Since the first 2 months I was in bed all day and after that very little activity I have lost everything. I'm down to 160lbs but higher BFP. I was thinking about taking winstrol to lose some fat while I'm starting light at the gym since I have another 2 months until full recovery. I'm looking for options and opinions please let me know what you guys think!
