What should I use to get back where I was?

So I'm 23 5,7 and was at 175lbs 10% when on test 250 I was benching 315 6 times. Well it's been 5 months since iv been at the gym due to a back fusion. Since the first 2 months I was in bed all day and after that very little activity I have lost everything. I'm down to 160lbs but higher BFP. I was thinking about taking winstrol to lose some fat while I'm starting light at the gym since I have another 2 months until full recovery. I'm looking for options and opinions please let me know what you guys think!
 
go to your local grocery store...

buy the following highly anabolic substances

chicken
fish
beef

brown rice
sweet potato
red potato

olive oil
avocado
nuts


make 6 meals.. eat well..

THEN

go to your local gym...

find the very magical and extremely anabolic heavy objects there...

step 1: pick them up

step 2: put them down

step 3: repeat

after that.. find this strange contraption that magically allows you to run while staying in the same spot

step 1: get on it

step 2: run

step 3: do step 2 for 30 to 45 min


repeat the above 5 days a week...

All of my personal macronutrient and micronutrient desired intakes have been met, as well as my caloric intake.

good idea to just get back into it and put in a few months to get acclimated again. fat will most likely burn up with your renewed effort. put a few months in then hit gear is my oppinion
