Whats everybody hitting in the gym tonight????

legs! iv always been weak on this part of my body, i try to train them twice a week.
thats good that you alternate it chest from monday to wed, monday is after all international chest day; can be hard to get the bench lol
 
I'm envious . I haven't been able to train / wrkout for over a month. Two many illnesses and shit happening within my body ...

Im lucky enough to train at a gym where lots of models for beer,booze companies work out and zumba at, so Wednesday is my eye work out day :)
