When do visible gains cease?

152?? Realy? And you're gonna do gear? Unless you're 5'2" you should be figuring out why your diet sucks and how to lift/eat/rest to grow before you start adding drugs that will do absolutely nothing to help you if you can't get above 152 naturally.

PS. I don't usually tell people not to do gear either as I know they most likely will anyway as their mind is made up but come on, 152?? Don't be stupid.

I knew someone would get on my back about it. Maybe you should have checked out my profile before assuming I know nothing about diet and exercise.

I have learned an immense amount of knowledge regarding the two, and have gone to great heights to incorporate it into my lifestyle.

152 is 7 lbs gained in the last 2 months with proper diet and workout regime. I have an average, healthy, decent definitive muscular build. I am ok with not hitting a plateau before cycling, I don't care that you're not ok with it...

From what I've seen on this forum, there are plenty of people on here that have way less right taking them than me.

I am not an athlete or a professional bodybuilder; I am, however, a real guy who wants to gain some fucking muscle mass, thank you.

Youre 152, whatever, as I said I don't usually post "don't do gear" posts but 152?? You're just another lazy idiot looking for a shortcut, have fun.

5'9" 180lbs 12%, I gain 20lbs in 5-6 weeks on dbol30-50 only and keep almost 10-15lbs thats dramatic for a short frame like mine. Still have to mess around with tets lol

bro at your weight eat sleep and train thats all you need

I am a true ectomorph.

Being 152 lbs, is actually kind of big for a true ectomorph. I am muscular for my size and regardless of my weight compared to other body types, I am sort of a big ectomorph. Just because I don't have the size compared to easy gainers doesn't mean I'm not doing something right; I do have some good muscle definition.

To say someone with 20% bf has any more right cycling than me would be comepletely irresponsible.

Regardless, I know I'm not ready, I haven't been training long enough, and I know I will gain plenty naturally, but it will take years; being on this forum, that's apparent that I do not want to wait that long, which goes for most people here. It's really quite obvious that no one here wants to do that.

I am a healthy 26 year old man and there should be no reason to tell me that taking testosterone won't give me the results that I want. This picture was taken a few weeks ago, I'm not a bean pole or anything, I just have a small frame...

all im saying is i honestly dont think you should cycle, looking at you picture, it just confirms what i think, your way to scrawny, you say you eat but looking at your pivture its obvious you dont eat enough!

No, I do eat enough, I didnt just say that I gained 7 lbs in the last 2 months by not eating, or maybe you didn't read that part?

You're being just as herd headed as I am.

It's not that I don't eat enough now, I just didn't eat enough for the most part of my life, I never cared until maybe a few months ago, thats when I got back on track and started hitting the gym again.

Also, i got great advice from 3J and I put it to use, I am a very educated person and know a lot more than you assume. But thank you for your bias...

...And please, save the "don't do steroids" chatter for those who really need to hear that shit, like 18 year olds and fattys with more than 20% bf.

You're wasting your time saying it to a perfectly healthy fully grown 26 year old man.

Seriously, get off the fucking bandwagon.

Fuck it then, just do the cycle. If you eat right you cauld put on 20 lbs easy what you actually keep depends on your post cycle therapy (pct) and weather you keep your diet up entafter you finish your cycle. You can get gains throughout your cycle but noone can tell you when your gonna peak everyones different. Diets key though. Dont say your tryin to bulk up then eat a salad with tuna for lunch every day.

if you gained 7 pounds in the last two months why dont you keep going with that? naturally acquired weight is so much easier to maintain than steroid gains. i know right now all you can think of is how great it will be to put on 15 or 20 pounds in the space of few months, but the reality of it all is not what you are thinking. putting your body through a hormonal rollercoaster is not good for you. there will be adverse effects, and after all is said and done you will lose half or more of what you gained. if you dont already know how to eat for mass you will lose most or all of what you gained. so you put your body through all this stress to hopefully end up ten pounds heavier a few months down the line.

steroids should be used when you Really (really really) have hit the proverbial training wall, after years and years of hardcore training and dieting. you call yourself a hardgainer. i do too. i was 150lbs at 6'1 when i got serious about lifting and dieting. for the first few years i only put on about 10 pounds. but over time (it took about 6 years) but i got myself to 210+ pounds all without the aid of drugs. and now i stay around that weight at a minimum (with gear involved i have been close to 240).

good luck with whatever you do, just keep that long term view in mind.

I think it's funny people have the audacity to tell others not to do gear. Some of you guys have the same mentalities as worried mothers or snobs. This is not some prestigious club were you have to put in your time before getting on the sauce. Maybe that is the better choice, but everyone on here is adults (or should be). The government shouldn't have any right to tell you not to do gear, and no one should berate another member because they asked a legitimate question. ..drama queens.

Good luck dude. I suggest you get the 2006 Anabolic Guide in PDF format. It'll tell you what to expect and literally everything else you wanna know about roids and performance enhancers.

Many thanks, bro!

Im 6` 195 I probably look more scrawny than you, Im not bashing you Im saying If you run your cycle of test e eat right train hard and expect a tweny lb weight increase by the end of your cycle. At the end of your cycle do your post cycle therapy (pct) and maintain your diet and you could keep most of your weight. I eat everything in sight I dont try to eat right but Im just lean and I have a tough time gaining weight but tons of guys do test to gain weight and then talk about a clean diet IMO if you wanna bulk then you gotta eat big. Go big or go home.

Wait, so how long have you been lifting weights? I don't know if I missed it.

Wait, so how long have you been lifting weights? I don't know if I missed it.

I lifted consistently some years back, for 2 years, then on and off inconsistently...

Kept my body in check by doing hard labor work for the past few years.

Got back into lifting, harder and more efficient than I ever have before, about 3 months ago. Currently doing the 5x5 routine.

I personally say go for it. It's your body, your decision. Just make sure you do a proper cycle with proper PCT, and you'll be golden man.

i agree, if you're aware of what these drugs will do to you and have a proper cycle planned, go for it. abuse any substance and it will screw your body up just as bad if not worse than aas will. i've been training since high school, but have a little over two years of SOLID diet and training behind me. i've managed to gain almost 40lbs naturally, but looking back on it all, i don't really think it was that beneficial to wait this long to start. i only did it because i was only 20 when i first started thinking about taking gear. the only drawback i've ever had anybody tell me is that it's extremely hard to motivate yourself to train hard when you're off. so take that into account, if you can still eat and lift like a freak during pct and when you're off go for it.
