I should wait for 30 weeks before I post this but fuk it...

Sittin at 210 with about 12-14% bf, 6ft and 31 yrs old. I might be on the wrong side of the fence here but I love havin some fat on me....cashout, tuet, user....props to u guys staying lean! I might go down that road one day but right now I'm havin too much fun putting on size.

Bench 5x5 315

Shoulder press 5x5 225

Squats....I have a bad meniscus so I prefer the leg press 12 plates

Db curls I can get 75 each arm twice without swinging

As you all know I'm struggling with recovery from my last cycle...struggling meaning its taking 3 times longer then I had patience for. Got bloods done today and hoping to get good news tomorrow. I will be happy sittin at 230 natty after this next cycle....well until I get there anyway....id like to get to 250 one day

Cobra you are too hard on yourself. You are in good shape and it's a long road. Be proud of what you have accomplished and keep pushing. I think this last post cycle therapy (pct) just really got to you.
 
I'm 29, 5'7", 175lbs 10% in the 10th week of a 16wk SE-LE-SE Test cycle. I lost my job, was going thru a divorce and trying to sell my house all at the same time so the stress and malnutrition caused me to get very little out of this cycle but much leaner. I'm likely going to gain finally now that I am staying with my wife again and she feeds me clean and heavily!

My upper body lifts just freakishly went up 80lbs in the last 2weeks being back with her. Could just be the transition from 600mg/wk test enanthate to 450mg/wk test acetate gave extra elevation to my test serum blood levels, either way, I'll take it! As always, my goat isn't anything specific, just to optimize as much as possible!

Squat everyone on here has bad knees I'm no exception broke both mine twice most recently last year 405
Bend over rows 275 3x8
Deadlift 405
Military press 205 3x 6-8
Would like to get my bench to 405 and curls to 225 at least pick up my dead to 465
Diet is by far my weak point if I had cash out dedication i'd probably be a beast

cobra, if you dont mind me asking, when did the blues hit you this post cycle therapy (pct)/recovery

last one was brutal on me, but i didnt do the post cycle therapy (pct) protcol laid out here
so im wondering aprox when i should feel the sides of low test
im guessing its probably a month after clomid is over
im 3 weeks out from last shot, lost 10 lbs, but strength still seems to be there
i did 5 reps with the same weight, that i did 3 reps with a few weeks ago??
maybe its just getting used to the exercise(havent been doing too much deadlifts up until the last month of so)

im dreading the down time, but so far so good

So if you are beyond that point and start to feel bad you most likely are slow to recover meaning estro is on the high side and it's possibly keeping test low. Like I tell cobra, we are all very different when it comes to recovery. When I was young and dumb(ER) I did cycles with no post cycle therapy (pct) and don't remember ever crashing but I guess that's just luck. Are you getting blood work after cycles? The blood work sticky makes it inexpensive and no docs. I use it for certain reasons. Best of luck to you.

Ok good to hear. Just stick with it. You know what you are doing and we all just are a little different when it comes to this aspect so just do what you can to make the transition smooth.

honestly I dont think they would have ever hit if I didnt set some rediculous time frame for myself to recover by. After my tren/test cycle I was planning on starting the week after post cycle therapy (pct) which would be 7 weeks. I got my bloods done at 6 1/2 weeks and was at 224 for my test....so knowing I was almost half way recovered at that time and finding out I have to wait another 7-10 weeks before I could start again pretty much took me out of the game. So I would say week 7 is when the blues hit ;) Im feeling better now...alot better but its only been like this since the beginning of last week...oh and I just weighed up....216 now

Well here are mine after being off a test, tren e cycle for 22 weeks. Fixing ti kick another off in a week or so.

30yrs old
5'9"
195lbs 12% BF as of a week ago

flat bench 275 2 sets of 10
flat DB 110`s 2 set 10
incline DB 90`s 2 set 10 ( have to watch shoulders on incline stuff.)

Decline bench 275 2 set 10
Squat 405 2 set 8
Pull ups 3 set 10 hanging a 25 lb plate

On cycle I push around 325 for sets of 10.
pullups with 45lb plate.
Squat 495 for sets of 4.

Kept a good bit of strength across the board after last cycle.

I`d like to be about 200 lbs and still be at least 12% BF off cycle.

Arms are 17 1/2 off cycle now.

Like to have 19" off cycle. Well see.

Cash you are lean as hell. man I have to really work to be low teens.

Tuet your a beast also.

I do high rep. 8-12 reps with everything. I will do a few low reps with Squats but, thats it.
