Winstrol and Deca

Hy to everybody... I need some suggestions... I decide to begin a cycle of Winstrol and Deca... My trainer told me to take them 3 times a week and every time the entire dose (cause they are monodose)... I want to ask u if this was correct and what I have to eat less food while I'm doing this cycle.
Cans somebody help me?

Terrible cycle and Ur trainer doesn't know shit about AAS. If he did, he would have recommended Test only, if this is Ur first cycle. If it's not Ur first, he would have recommended Test alongside the Winstrol (winny) and Deca. What are Ur stats? Age,Height,Weight,Yrs.Training,and Previous cycles?
 
I'm 20 years old, 6.3 feeets, 184 pounds. I train seriously from a couple of years and yes, it would be my first cycle.
Why winstrol and deca are not good? A friend of mine took that and had incredible results...
 
But let's say that for me it's ok taking Win and Deca, how often and how much should I take them? And how should I eat?
 
First off, Ur not through growing yet. U got 4-5 more yrs of growing left and I suggest U use that to Ur advantage. Running gear right now will hurt U more than it will help U, trust me. As far as Deca and Winstrol (winny) only not being a good cycle, I suggest U research and research alot more. Nobody in this forum is gonna recommend anything along these lines for U, as far as a cycle is concerned. Like I said U need to train natural for 4-5 more years.
 
My friend was exactly my same age... and after that his body changed completely... I feel that from one year my body is almost the same and I don't gain weight... That's why I thougt it would be a good idea to start finally with these products...
 
Trust me... I'm eating enough.. The problem is that I don't wanna get bigger losing my definitions... I wish to do them together and taking these two products seem to me the perfect solutions... isn't it?
 
no-you need to decide if you want to get bigger and stronger-or cut. cant do both. a deca and Winstrol (winny) only cycle is the dumbest cycle i have heard of in last few days-and trust me i have seen some shitty cycles on here. never take any aas without testosterone included in your cycle.

you need to listen to these guys-unless you never want to get any taller-i mean thats the chance your taking.

i like being tall. there are many advantages.
 
Ok let's say that I will follow your advice... I'll take the things u will suggest me but I wanna take something that increase my volume...
 
it is against what i would do but-if your hellbent i will help you-first though we need to start with your diet since you think you are eating enough-post what you ate today or yesterday.

I try to eat:
Breakfast: 5 boiled eggs (white part);fruits,milk or a plumcake
Lunch: Big salad and meat (what they have); toasts with chicken salad or turkey
Dinner: Meat, meat, meat... Whatever they have(usually chicken), and always a toast with roastbeef or chicken salad or something like that.
 
see this is not nearly enough for someone like you to gain weight-with or without steroids-@ 6'3 185 you have to be a hard gainer.

you need to double this 2 least.

you should be eating every 2.5 hours-instead of eggs or a plum cake you should be eating eggs + plumcake+fruit milk and some cereal.
 
if your not the type that puts on fat easily-than you can eat whatever you want when trying to gain size. you need @ least 1.5 grams protein per bodyweight. 100-150 grams of fat-10% of that saturated.

you have to be able to know roughly how grams of protein are in what you are eating.

eggs are like 6-7grams so 5 eggs is only 30 grams. you need 300 grams-so now do realize how much chicken eggs fish and steak you gotta eat?
