congrats on the PR Winter...and i know EXACTLY what you mean about the rack pin location. some times being 5'8" sux...lol

back work looking nice buddy...and dont worry to much about DB curls...your crushing them by moving wts all the time on your compound lifts not a big deal IMO.
 
also if you can do 40x10 just bump up the wt to 45x10 next time and go from there..i think if your doing 10/8/6 and getting your wts every time it's time to move the wts up...when i cant get a wt up for a number of reps i have in mind, then i stay at that wt till i hit that number. then i bump it up.

Oh. I changed it. I'm doing like 6/5/4/3 ish kinda workout now. I want to try to keep my reps low and move the weights up more. The other thing I was doing before - 10/8/6 felt too much like cardio.
 
OH WHOOPS. You were talking about the DB curls. I thought you were talking about Deadlifts. My bad.

I was thinkin about doing the 45lbs for 10reps but it felt like it would be too much. I tried to do that once and I failed after 8.
 
8 is still good and if you keep working with it you'll hit 10 after a few...i would bump wt up..but thats me. i think you can do it. and with a work out partener have them help you guide it up when you get stuck on 8 or what ever..force rep that shit up. i miss not have a work out partener. never before had i pushed myself like i did when some one else was there to help and spot me.

i agree with adida on all points. the man knows what he is talking about.

i haven't hit arms heavy consistantly in a while and they haven't shrunk or lost strength at all.
 
The only reason I really hit bis and tris separately is to really bring up my back work and my bench. If my bench / back work shot up like crazy, I wouldn't even do the biceps lol.
