Thanks guys. Yeah, I could barely finish the 225x20. I had my spotter stand next to me while I do it and my knees nearly gave out at the end lolol

Yeah, I was super lightheaded and very nausious :( I actually hate squatting.

Yeah, it's a tad shorter b/c I didn't do an extra set of Incline DB Presses & I didn't log my warmup sets & my burn out set of 225.

I wasn't feelin it yesterday :(
 
Hey, thanks Mulli. I changed up my routine a bit from low reps to 5-6reps per set.

How have you been doing?
 
yeh, i'm getting to work in the 6rep range. It really varies for me though. I lift a weight, if i hit 10 reps, i'm adding weight until i can only lift for 5-6 reps. This is my zone. I'm not a big, volume guy, i don't want to be like the 250lbs guy in my gym, 6-7% bodyfat, just freaking jacked but not lifting what i can lift cause he's there for the reps.

**I've been adding some more solid foods to my diet - I was drinking too many shakes the past few weeks & eating like shit due to poor time management. I feel stronger/look fuller now.
