Thanks. Have you been using the bathroom regularly? I've noticed that I haven't been eating enough veggies so my fiber has been very low causing me to have a lot of gas and bloat as well :(

Yeh, i probably don't get enough veggies but i have no problems with regularity.

I tried taking pics a couple of months ago when I said I would, but the pics always come out so shitty. Not trying to make excuses, but you can't even see my cuts or anything, even under lighting.

No, my shoulders are still small. I don't know what the deal is :(

They have grown a bit since I added more shoulder work, but not to the extent that I'm looking for.
