Working for the BIG 200

Seems to me Ur strength is rising, which is an accomplishment for anybody!! Keep knocking bro, the door will open a little every training session. U will be pushing 170lbs in no time.
 
Back yesterday, got the best pump Ive ever had in my lats. I think Ive finally figured out how to really hit them.

Wide Grip Pullups I got BW+45x6/x5/x5

which is an improvement over the last time so Im happy with that. Going to just keep working at it.

Thanks biggin! mirrors are still my biggest problem lol, of course they're everywhere in my dorm, its like they're trying to piss me off.

Light cardio Yesterday, going home today so Ill be at planer fitness later on, smith machines and light DB's for me today.

* since Im seeing some progress Im going to move the 1-T cycle further. Maybe til around the end of january when 2nd semester starts back up for me. If im still gaining I mine as well save it and see what I can do right now.
 
Was at PF again today, basically just super set everything and got in and out in about 40-45 min. No more than 30-45 sec in between sets.brought my little brother in today, hes starting to lift so maybe Ill have a partner from now on.

Seems like a lot of volume but like I said just super set everything so it went fast and I was dead, especially on chest. Was very suprised I was able to bang out dips with BW+90, especially seeing how I was exhausted.
 
Good session barnyz!! Keep banging the weights, and try to stay out of the Fuckin Mirrors!! Mirrors are the Enemy!

Legs yesterday, didnt move a ton of weight but had trouble walking to the car my legs were so dead.

Diet sucked since my last training session, went to train once, hit shoulders. Went drinking once, only had a couple beers though. Basically just relaxed and enjoyed my girls company for the 4 or 5 days. Back at it hard tomorrow.

Medium-Light Weight Today, did more volume for bi.

Most sets were anywhere from 10-20 reps with a few supersets.

Ill be going heavy back with maybe 1 set of Bi later this week.

Im going to follow something like this for a split.

** Thinking about maybe just working with 225 for now squatting. Just try to do sets of 10 or something. Idk just getting frustrated with the squats.
 
Keep trying to squat a little more weight each week bro, not a lot, just 5-10lbs. U will get there, first U need to overcome the mental side of things, that will definitely hold U back from accomplishing Ur goals!!

Shoulders yesterday, worked all day breaking and loading concrete so wasnt 100% but still got in a good workout at lame ass Planet Fitness.

Nothing special to write about. Havent done Flat DB press in a while so was pleased I got 100x8.

Planning on doing legs today but the entire school is closed due to snow so ill have to do it tomorrow.

Seeing as even the cafe has been closed all day ive just been eating everything I can find trying to get some calories, which include a few cookes, slice of pizza, rice, potatoes, some ham and a salad lol
