These are all I could get so youll have to live with it until I take new ones. Legs have grown a TON, but just getting big and bulky as of now. Ill take it tho. Arms/forearms are bigger than pics make them seem. Hopefully my stats and pics match up.

Went out drinking last night with the girl....now I remember why I stopped drinking. Had to be up for 4am to work. Got up, puked like a bitch. said f' that. Called out sick. Made it to the gym but with 0 energy or strength. Just did a light leg day coming home and falling asleep to some football.

keep up the work man.. i hear ya on the drinkin part. i dived into some drinks this past weekend and the next morning it hit me..makes you question drinking that much every again haha
 
Monday: Did the back workout SC posted in the training section. Was def. sore the day after.

Tuesday: Shoulders, should have taken the day off but didnt. Needed a little break so did basically all supersets with moderate weight. Still sore today from it. Did get a PR tho, hit 135x8 on standing BB Press.

Wed: off

Flat DB 35x20/65x6/80x6/100x6/120x6/65x20(spotter shadowed the whole time, helped on 6th rep but other than that Im not 100% sure how much help if any was given)

DB Incline 70x10/80x8/90x6

BB Decline 135x10/185x8/230x6

Flys 3x10

Tri rope super set. Start with weight can do for 12 reps. then 20 sec break, keep going until only get 8 reps, then lower weight. Keep taking 20 sec breaks between every set. repeat this for 10 min. I had the best pump ive had in a real long time, I think Ill start throwing this in my training once every 1 or 2 weeks.

*Winter break is over in 2 or 3 days. Ill be enjoying the last couple days with my girl then flying back to school, gym might be hit or miss the next couple days.

ha I just saw that, I wrote it wrong, now way in hell I woulda come close to the 120's doing that. I finished up with 65's for 20.
 
Yesterday: Back

only thing to note was DB Rows..115x10/120x10/125x10

Today: Light Cardio and some abs
 
Had a decent shoulder workout today, weights were pretty much the same as last time, missed a rep or 2. Not worried tho, yesterday I ate maybe 2k calories. Got stuck in the airport for 7hrs because of the snowstorm. Started school today and havent ate as much as usual again so no big suprise.

The plan is, if I can get everything in order and how I want to do it, Ill be starting a 1-T cycle tomorrow that will last about 6 weeks.

Ill update later on what I decide.
 
Doing a 6 week cycle of 1-T. Have 90 anavar tabs. Dont know if they are 5mg or 25mg, but some where in there.

I Will be doing 2 Anavar (var) tabs a day just to get rid of them, if they work great, if not then its just a learning experience.

PCT will be sustain alpha as well as 50mg clomid for 25 days.

I dont have extreme high hopes for this, I have heard great things, and have heard not so great reviews. I will be very happy with 5lbs of muscle. If I can get more great.

I will be eating Clean, around 4k calories a day, I may up when I need to.

this is my first run with any PH/DS or AAS.

Any comments concerns, feel free to ask away.

Deads 135x10/225x10..stopped there, have a weird feeling in my lower back, not like a pulled muscle, almost like a bruise, but doesnt hurt to touch, mainly when Im doing abs, but acts up on deads/squats sometimes


*I have been taking 2 tabs Anavar (var) a day. Its anywhere from 10mg-50mg. Not sure how long Anavar (var) takes to see any effects, but after doing my first warmup set my arms were pumped up pretty nicely.*

* Also wondering if anyone has noticed a niacin like flush from 1-T? Everytime I put it on or wash it off I flush and get real itchy.
