Worst day of my life in the gym yesterday

Three weeks ago hit a 365 closed grip, missed 380. Last week hit 380 just missed 390 by a tad, yesterday fucking 365 buried me. No fucking clue what the problem was but i was out of it. The only thing i can think of is i took 250mg of r-ala with only 30grmas of carbs before i worked out, not sure if that would cause me to have low blood sugar or not. But i felt like shit all night. I hate these kind of setbacks they piss me off, especially when i wanted 390 last night badly.

if you never miss a lift your not lifting heavy enough ;)
that being said maybe its time to move on to a new me excercise

That was my third week, so i am going to, but wtf. lol.

BWahahahhaha! JCP2, the reason im laughing is because I know how damn shitty I feel when that happens to me. Hahahha. I feel like a loser the whole week until I get my chance at it again the next week.
 
missing a lift dont hurt my feelings less its at a meet. if i strain my nuggets off in the gym to hit a lift and dont get it then i got more out of that rep than i did all the others put together. forced reps are a key to bigger numbers.

Jcp2, you probably didnt eat as much the week before, or you did too much walking around and stuff, or cardio, or maybe less sleep.
