Three weeks ago hit a 365 closed grip, missed 380. Last week hit 380 just missed 390 by a tad, yesterday fucking 365 buried me. No fucking clue what the problem was but i was out of it. The only thing i can think of is i took 250mg of r-ala with only 30grmas of carbs before i worked out, not sure if that would cause me to have low blood sugar or not. But i felt like shit all night. I hate these kind of setbacks they piss me off, especially when i wanted 390 last night badly.
