Your experience using Synepherine, ECGC and Chromium? (Austinites Cutting Stack)

Im sure most of you have seen this if not a simple google search will show you the forum.

But anyways, has anyone had experience with this stack. HE knows his stuff and Im sure it works was just curious of results.

Also has anyone dropped the synepherine for something else or even yohimbe? thanks

I looked into this stack when alot of people on here were talking about it and I must say, its pretty poor.

Synephrine:

This is an effective compound for fat loss, its basically ephedrine's slightly weaker cousin.
Synpherine is a great OTC supp for fat loss because it improves fat mobilization, meaning theres more fat available in the blood stream to be used for energy.
Yohimbe wont give you better results unless your already below 10%bf & trying to get rid of some stubborn fat area (bottom part of abs, etc). Yohimbe is very good at targeting these areas but if your above 10%bf it wont do anything thats worth mentioning.

ECGC:

This can be effective, but I don't really understand why you would use it instead of plain old caffeine.
There are studies showing that ECGC is thermogenic, but their is no real agreement on the correct dosing.
Also, no matter how effective it may be - caffeine has better synergy with synephrine.

Chromium:

IMO, this is a complete waste of money for fat loss.
The stuff about it improving insulin sensitivity mainly applies to individuals who are already insulin resistant/prediabetic.
Will it make a difference if your deficient? Sure, but so will Vit D, Zinc, and all the other vitamins & minerals in the presence of a deficiency.

Austinite clearly knows his stuff, he's helped alot of guys out on here.
However, I coach natural bb's for a living so I HAVE to know about any OTC supplements that may aid in fat loss.
Synephrine is great, replace the ECGC with plain caffeine and skip the chromium altogether.

Of course there are a few other supps that MAY be helpful, but I wont make this post longer than it needs to be :)

The only benefits would be that the sides (elevated heart rate, etc) would be more tolerable because its a less effective stimulant and synephrine is easier to find in some places (Australia, etc).

In terms of fat loss? Synephrine is weaker than ephedrine in every aspect :)

informative posts are never too long :) What else would you recommend? Im trying to prep for a show in late june possibly for the first time.

There are alot of good thermogenics/appettite supressants out there but it really depends on 2 things:

1)What kind of diet are you following for your prep?

2) Where bouts are you in terms of bf% right now?

I should warn you that your going to find the last week extremely difficult without a coach.
If your doing this on your own, you need to give yourself time to experiment with carb load timing and manipulating water intake/electrolyte balance.
There are many techniques you can use - dry loading, junk loading, sodium only manipulation, etc.
Again, your going to have to experiment abit to see when you look your best - a coach can make this process much easier because there is no set routine that works for everyone (depending on insulin sensitivity, etc).

Any idea on an effective appetite suppressant? I like ephedrine, but if I take it after 14:00 I find myself having a hard time falling asleep

Since ephedrine is primarily a thermogenic stimulant, your reaction to it doesn't suprise me.
It is a good appetite suppressant but this benefit tends to go away after a few weeks of use (unlike its thermogenic effect, which actually may become stronger the longer your on it).

Personally, I find that eating more green veggies fills me up very quickly due to the volume of the food (with low cal benefits).

But in terms of compounds - Sibutramine is the strongest appetite suppressant I've experienced.
I literally felt like eating nothing even though I was running a very strict PSMF style diet at the time, some of my clients have experienced the same thing.
Of course I'm not sure how easy it would be for you to find sibutramine, its not in high demand due to lack of knowledge among our community & it was banned back in 2010.

I have recently decided to experiment with Dopamine agonists (bromo, caber, prami) for fat loss efficiency.
Theoretically they should be strong appetite suppressants, influence caloric partioning and have other benefits.
But its early days and I'm not ready to recommend them just yet :)

I like the green veggies idea, I used to eat raw brocoli when I was hungry I think I'm gonna to go back to this habit.. I'm interested in hearing more about this dopamine agonist thing, I got some prami but right now the only thing it supress is my sleep :D
