shaking is caused by weak stabalizer muscles, if you warm them up appropriatley with lighter weights, they will function, dont go throwing big weights on , warm up for at least 15 minutes.
from what I read I believe you're on the path of overtraining and injury. Take it easy and do the exercises slowly so you get the most out of them, take the time to warm up too and when you feel that you can't work a certain muscle anymore just stop and rest.

instead of juicing you could have obtained a gym membership and worked out properly. I can assure you in 1 month you would make alot of gain. Save the gear for later, much later when you would really need it.
