Update:
Didn't post here in some time, but my news are:
I'm training max-ot. It's compounds (almost no isolations), 4-6 reps, low volume, 4 times/week, 1 week rest every 8 of working.
My current #s are about:
Squat: 330 x 5
Deadlift: 440 x 4
Bench: 220 x 5
Yes, my bench is still very weak, but...
