Was due to inject 250mg Test E, 250IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on Sunday but due to work travel, I was not able to bring gear. Traveling home today thankfully. Will be back early Tuesday am to get back up to speed and hit the gym!

Almost 4 weeks in and I have noticed certain side, acne, bloating etc I am ready for the TEST TO KICK IN FULLY!!

Just to update regards the doc visit. After I got my results(blood work was "ideal" in his words) but he asked me towards the end if I had any questions. I thought I would test the waters and see if he was possibly open to discussing "supplements". Now the tests were done during week 2 so I doubt the test level would have been exaggereted but I said, "I've been taking these supplements", he stopped me and said, "I dont encourage anything thats not approved by the FDA"....I said well, I used to take Zenadrine, just wanted to see if you knew if that had any possible negative side effects. He was not having it at all.

On biceps today I wanted to get a good pump so I made sure strict form was there and also weight wasnt upped just for new numbers, i wanted to feel good reps.

Felt really good this am but this evening I feel bloated/fat. Is this normal on TEST E???? Diet has been good, havent had any of the black stuff!:beer:

Scouser where you from bro cause the days are 1 behind the states, asia? 102 degee heat is getting up there man.

The hangover was great. I saw the Proposal last night and actually liked it more, you should check that one.

Is that to much Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you think the sust and Aromasin? Just curious.
 
Yea man, I had the aromasin in there until the itchy nips went away. i will just have the AIFM for now.

The Proposal was good? I know my girl will be shocked when I tell her we should go see that!
 
I'd be careful with that much Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as well... Only use it if you need it IMO. A little bloat isn't going to kill you so long your blood pressure is in check, but as soon as it gets out of hand, that's when you need to run some AI... Just pick one though.

So what exactly are you looking to do with this cycle?? Obviously gain size, but what about strength gains??? Are they at the top of your priority??

Felt a lot of extra energy and strength tonight in the gym. Really wanted to hit legs hard.

*Milk- to answer your question, I want to gain at least 15 solid lbs of muscle. I do not want to put useless weight-fat. (diet has been 90%clean)Last night was the first night on the test that I saw a significant boost in strength. I would also like to see a severe strength increase in all my major lifts.

**How was your previous test cycles?I am feeling a little extra around my hips, may need to up the cardio to get rid of that before it gets out of control but I have gotten thicker and now theres a noticable strength increase, hope it continues. with test e i read everyone reacts differently, this is week 4 and im just now starting to feel effects.

1. Didnt do any hCG this time.
2. Increased AIFM to see if that helps w/bloat/excess water
3. Started Melanotan I(0.5mg for 2 wks, then 1mg 2x a week)
4. Doctor perscribed me Aldara. potent topical cream to fight sunspots turning into cancerous cells. Have not used it yet until I research and see if it could possibly interfere w/cycle.

In the past hour I have been hot and cold on and off.never felt like this before on the Test, could be the M1.

Thinking about possibly adding Hhelios to my PCT.

In week 5 now. Have gained some mass and weight is at 245lbs now, thats up from 230 when I started. Have also put on a little bit of fat/water weight. I will be increasing cardio. The pumps during workouts are unreal!
Felt I had flu like symptoms today......we'll see tomorrow. Might throw in some circuit training tomorrow just to change it up for Sunday. Didnt want to have 2 off days nack to back but body was tired so gotta listen to it.

The symptoms felt on Saturday were most likely due to a topical cream for skin damage. I only applied a small amount and that stuff took me out of it for a day. I would not like to be on that aldara for a long time!

Anyway, Sunday changed it up for some variety. Done a "Hurricane" workout. 5 exercises done back to back for 60 secs each then rest 2 mins after I circuit and repeat 2 more times. Workout was as follows:
1. Shadow boxing
2. Plyometric jumps onto box
3. Crunches(swiss ball/machine)
4. Pullups
5. walking lunges

This workout had me suffering. My cardio hasn't been up to par and this really showed me where I was aerobically. Overall, enjoyed it though, nice change up. Hitting back/calves Monday.

I have been doing a lot more reps/exercises this week added onto the 5x5 due to feeling able to do more.
I am 6 4' and on area I feel it takes me forever to add quality lean muscle is around my biceps/tricpes.Due to the fact of having long arms, its harder to add there and it doesnt look as good as compared to someone under 6ft.
* So just about halfway through the cycle-up 25lbs to 245 and feeling stornger.
*Need to increase cardio to get rid of unwanted area around abs
*Going to keep training as hard as possible for the remaining 6wks.

6 weeks in and I feel I have increased strength wise. I havent achieved the size I want but I still have half the cycle to run so hopefully the hard work will pay off

I do need to clean my diet and be better about hitting the cardio. The thing is I hate treadmill etc, would rather run at park on course. Part of it has been that my workout split has been all over the place. New split looks like this:

Mon: Chest & Triceps
Tue: Back & Biceps
Wed: Off (Cardio and Abs)
Thurs: Quads, Hams, Calves
Fri: Shoulders & Traps (cardio)
Sat: Off
Sun: Off (Cardio & or weak point training)

Also working on cleaning up the diet.Will post that soon. I have acid reflux and need soda to digest some foods but I drink way too many over the course of a week, albeit they are diet drinks w/no sugar. I can't help but think they still have a negative impact.
