This is when work got crazy. Called in for extra hours, cant turn them down or I wont have a job and since then my diet has been very poor. I was cutting and down to 232lbs, back up to 240lbs, no cardio done in 2 weeks and now considering extending cycle by 2 weeks to allow work to settle back down and make sure I can focus on finishing the cycle the right way.

30mins cardio

Lack of time to workout has really had me searching for time to get to the gym to fit in a session and hit cardio, just not enough time right now. I should start to see some normality return to my training regime by the end of the week. I'm off to bed to get some rest.

Yea, I love squats and deadlifts thanks to the 5x5, hated them before that. Leg work is really the key to overall growth as far as I can tell thats how my body grows.

I still need work on my good morning technique to feel 100% in the movement.

Felt good tonight. Qucik workouts all this week. Anavar is giving me amazing pumps and my veins are popping out in my arms! I wish they would do the same in my legs. I am starting to see some veins come through in my traps and chest. Seeing as Im extending cycle by 2 weeks will need to get some Anavar (var) in asap for the extra 2.

Back feels stronger, happy with deads,pissed my grip went on 315 with 2 reps left. Anavar (var) is great! Every cycle should end with it! Feel like it with the test shut me down harder than test alone. Balls were huge with just test, not now! May have to up the dose og HcG to 500iu.

Feeling really good just over 10weeks in. My new work schedule actually gives me better times to eat. Breaks are 3 hours apart everyday.....funny how stuff works out! Been looking at next cycle, would like to try equipoise but with prop being my next test base I may go with npp. Hearing a lot of good things about it!!

Grilled out. Lots of chicken breats, steaks and burgers for the week ahead. Diet has improved 2 fold since this cycle started. More importantly I'm taking in the right fgoods at the right time. I will admit that starting this cycle I was expecting week 8 to hit and have massive gains but its not like that and I think a lot of people loose patience not seeing results asap. I am in week 12 of what will be a 14 week cycle and I have slowly progressed week by week. Test E is a long ester and needs patience. I am thoroughly glad I stuck with it and trained balls to the wall. I think I may also be more inclined towards longer cycles but I will have to try a short ester cycle.....probably prop and see what the comparison is.

Pressed for time today to get the workout in and had to speed through it. Worked in d/bell presses to exhaust quad after squats.I have added some mass to my legs but not a great deal of definition in the quad region.
 
Yeah, prop and npp is a really nice stack, imo u should consider running her. Sounds like the Anavar (var) is treating u well, see ur strength is jumping good as well.
 
Don't change anything now, but you may want to take a look into cutting down the volume man. I can't believe that you do 25 sets for back and then 15 for biceps the same day. Honestly, that's INSANE. I have noticed some incredible gains cutting the volume down a ton, not to mention my quality of life is so much better. I'm in and out of the gym in like 40 minutes (60 if I do cardio) and I have a ton of time to do other things without compromising my size/strength/muscular development. It's definitely something to consider.

If you like long cycles, look into running Test/Deca next. I'm going to try Prop/NPP my next cycle because I don't love long cycles simply because Enanthate takes too damn long to kick in for me. Either way, I like the idea of running a Nandrolone for a second cycle though.
 
Milk- touching on what you said about reducing the volume, I have done exactly that this week. Due to work hours and other factors of life I can only hit the gym for 1hour now. So the decision was more or less made for me. I did find I was doing too much though and I would be tired at the end of workouts.

Overall, I feel like I have a good base built from this cycle and I know that I dont have to do 25 sets etc.

Test E does take a long time to kick in, probably really didnt feel it until week 9. I am def looking towards Prop and Npp but I will look at Deca also and see.

Biggin- The Anavar (var) is unreal....love it, definitely a good finish to any cycle!

I have 11 days left on this cycle. Starting Friday I am introducing cardio after every worout and on into post cycle therapy (pct). I obviously would have liked to do this earlier but due to work commitments.....anyway we cant control that sometimes or life in general for that matter. Loving this cycle and definitely glad I done this. The test at 500mg a week is a good starter cycle and a great learning experience. Dont want to finish cycle just yet!!!!!

Pinned in left delt for first time. Been rotating quads and glutes. Soreness next day but nothing bad. Amazing how at the start I was hesitant to try any other site apart from glutes.

My woprkout days have been reduced to Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays if I feel up to it. Work and the long hours have me exhausted by Friday but loving the lack of soreness from the test and recovery time.

Upped Anavar (var) to 80mg for last 10days. Have seen great improvements in my vascularity and abdominal region-better definition. I definitely dont think guys who try gear for the first time don't understand how important diet is. Sure Anavar (var) is great but not with a crap diet.I'm seeing veins pop out of my abs I never knew I had. Strength is also a great characteristic.

*With the test alone I was putting on some good mass. My pant size had to go to a 40in due to squat glutes and leg size. On the Anavar (var) its back to 36 and with the diet incorporated its helping me lean out what I have gained.

Was due to work out today but woke up with sore throat and sinus problems. Went to work but no energy when I got home. Just woke up and decided to get on here and then go back to bed. I have a doctor appointment for tomorrow. Hopefully just a head cold and nothing else. I want to finish this cycle right. No muscle soreness or anything that would indicate onset of flu. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

*Seeing as I didnt inject until Saturday I will now wait until Tuesday to be my last injection. I'll wait 14days and then start post cycle therapy (pct). I have Clomid on hand but I also have Toremifene. Anybody gotopinions on toremifene?I read Lucky13's log and he had good success with it. I have also seen where some people inject 1500iu hcg 2-3 days before post cycle therapy (pct). My balls are not totally shrunk but they have decreased since the start of the cycle.
I will keep the log going during post cycle therapy (pct). Current weight is 238lbs.

Made it to the gym late. Dont like getting out of my regular training split but I feel like I need to work at least 2 muscle groups while Im there due to lack of gym time.

I wanted to do higher reps on the accessory work after my main lifts on 5x5 but the pump from the var so so intense I could curl my biceps and my shoulders felt like they were going to explode! LAst injection tomorrow. Weight at 24olbs today.
 
Insane addition to the cycle! Before anavar my diet was off, adjusted the diet and abs are showing, veins popping out everywhere and strength is through the roof!!!!! Done cardio occasionally but just goes to show I would be shredded if I kept the cardio up. Its going to be difficult not to add it to every cycle........now I see why you are such a fan! I just joined the club!!

Taking torimefene for post cycle therapy (pct) @ 60mg a day split into two doses early morning and mid day. Pinning helios in lower abs. Anavar had me cut and also just to be "on" something during post cycle therapy (pct).

Worked out chest on Wednesday and back today. Deadlift was at 350 today, highest i achieved for 4 reps aswell. Still early in post cycle therapy (pct) so wouldnt expect to see a huge drop off yet. Still feel strong and I dont feel as full as when I was on but strength still here so far.

Weight at last shot of test e = 240lbs
Weight @ moment = 237lbs.

Once post cycle therapy (pct) is over I want to due the "real" 5x5. Some main lifts and accessory work. It makes sense and time wise for me it will help also. Work has been crazy the last 2 months so I expect things to settle down Nov/Dec when I will get on again. Want to go prop and NPP but having trouble locating reliable npp.Anyway, will post cycle question in discussion area soon.
