Background
Started at 17 years old. Currently 1 year and 6 months of lifting. I know proper nutrition and training. Started tracking macros since the start and been following Coolciadia PPL routine. Starting stat was 5'11 242lbs obese as fuk. 8 months cut and reached 170lbs. Currently 187lbs now.
bulking at 3500 calories
Current lifts
Bench 209lbs x 5
Squat 275lbs x 5
Military Press 145 x 5
I don't deadlift.
Never did 1rm
Cycle Plan
W 1-10 Test Enth 250mg E3D
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD (reduce to 0.125mg EOD in last week)
W 1-4 Dbol 10mg 3x/d
PCT
W 13 Nolva 20mg 2x/d or Clomid 50mg 2x/d
W 14-16 Nolva 20mg/d or Clomid 25mg/d
Anything lacking. I know most of you will bash me here since i'm just 18. I have all the equipment now and did not just pin without researching and reading. I am aware of the side effects that can happen to me if I fuked this up.
